Landscape, landscape and more landscape. On 1,037 square meters of wide land, you will find this amazing 398 square meter villa with several terraces and beautiful views from almost every place. This, combined with an elaborate and stunning interior design scheme, ensures the best possible effect for Mediterranean living. The villa was designed by archiwreolution, who created the perfect canvas for a luxurious and inviting home. The designers of Terraza Balear worked with the architects to develop all the interior building and furniture concepts. In order to emphasize the ingenious connection between interior and exterior in the design, tones and materials found in many of the outdoor landscapes are cleverly introduced into the interior.

On a spacious plot of 1037 sa.m is a stunning Villa Statera with an area of 398 m2 and several terraces, offering beautiful views from almost anywhere. This, combined with a carefully curated stunning interior design scheme, brings out the best of Mediterranean living.

Terraza Balear worked hand-in-hand with the project’s architect to develop all interior architecture and the furnishings concept. To emphasize the design’s thoughtful connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, a palette of natural colors and materials found in the natural environment has been skilfully introduced inside.

The villa was designed by Archirevolution, who created the perfect canvas for Terraza Balear to create a luxurious and inviting home. Our designers worked hand-in-hand with the architect to develop all interior architecture and the furnishings concept.

To emphasize the design’s clever connection of indoor and outdoor, a palette of tones and materials found in the many views outside was cleverly introduced inside.

In the top floor living room, with its impressive floor to ceiling corner windows, turquoise accents in both the rug and two Flexform Feelgood club chairs mimic the famous hue of the sea below.

A large sectional Flexform sofa in a subtle grey echoes the earthy tones and is the perfect spot to relax with family or friends. Accessories in amber tones or with a splash of color tie it all together and provide an overall sense of comfort and serenity.

Outdoor, the embrace of nature and luxury continues. Glass paneling along the various terraces and decks allow for uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. The infinity pool on the top floor terrace is the embodiment of a luxurious lifestyle.

The open Poliform kitchen allows home cooks to keep in touch with friends and family while working their magic. Those who want a closer look can sit comfortably on a bar stool on the edge of the spacious kitchen island. Once dinner is ready, it can be enjoyed in the dining area, which is open to both the kitchen and living room, with the large TIX tables at Mobimex and the comfortable Minotti dining chairs.

Downstairs, a large master bedroom boasts equally impressive views. It further offers a gorgeous en suite bathroom and a substantial walk-in closet.

Stone clad walls, the use of unimposing greys and whites, with hints of copper, make sure this room is a tranquil retreat to relax or for good night sleep.

On the same floor, three further bedrooms, each comparable in size and with their en suites, offer plenty of room for family members or guests.

A second terrace, connected to the one by the pool, can be joined with the already generous space inside by opening the full width of this floor’s glass facade.

Downstairs, all bedrooms enjoy access to a spacious balcony. At the back, facing the Tramontana mountain range, a patio lets in extra natural light and provides a focal point upon entering the home.
