大运河杭钢综保项目 04 地块室内设计丨中国杭州丨零壹城市

炉火吞噬了黑夜的静谧，

近日，零壹城市公布了大运河杭钢工业旧址综保项目（一期） 04 地块的室内设计方案“空间烙印”。该项目位于杭州市拱墅区大运河杭钢公园西侧区域，室内设计面积约 4,775 平方米，涵盖 04，05，06 三个地块。其中04 地块作为城市文化展示区，未来将承担会展活动、会议论坛、创意零售、办公服务等功能。

Recently, LYCS Architecture unveiled the interior design scheme "Spatial Imprint" of the 04 plot of the Grand Canal Hangzhou Iron & Steel Industrial Site Comprehensive Protection Project (Phase I). The project is in the western area of Hanggang Park on the Grand Canal in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. The indoor design area is approximately 4,775 square meters, covering three plots: 04, 05, and 06. The 04 plot serves as the urban cultural exhibition area and will undertake functions such as exhibition activities, conference forums, creative retail, and office services in the future.

大运河杭钢工业旧址综保项目是国家发改委明确的大运河国家文化公园重点项目，旨在构建集工业旧址观光、数字科技产业集聚、文化创意融合为一体的世界级工业遗存利用新地标。其中，该项目总体建筑设计由家琨建筑设计事务所负责。

Grand Canal Hangzhou Iron & Steel Industrial Site Comprehensive Protection Project is a key Grand Canal National Cultural Park Project designated by the National Development and Reform Commission. It aims to build a world-class industrial heritage utilization landmark that integrates industrial site sightseeing, digital technology industry agglomeration, and cultural and creative integration. Among them, the overall architectural design of the project is the responsibility of Jiakun Architects.

一层大厅被设计成适应多种用途的开放性场所，能够容纳社交、咖啡、创意和零售等各种活动。设计师选择性地保留或功能性地重塑了原有的建筑结构、管道设备和地面轨道，以展现极具张力的旧工业痕迹，营造富有年代感的工业氛围。

The first-floor lobby is designed as an open space for various purposes, accommodating multiple activities such as socializing, coffee, creativity, and retail. Designers selectively preserve or functionally reshape the original building structure, pipeline equipment, and ground tracks to showcase the tense old industrial traces and create an industrial atmosphere full of a sense of the times.

简约现代的游客服务中心与裸露粗糙痕迹的大厅形成反差，在划分南侧遗存景观咖啡区，西侧文化展示区和东侧开放商铺区三个功能空间的同时具有强烈的导示性。轻质明亮的倒梯形灯具和地面锈板轨道上可移动的老机器设备，都是对炼钢过程中生产矿槽倾倒渣料及运输场景的复现。

The simple and modern tourist service center contrasts with the bare rough traces of the hall, which has a strong guiding effect. The lobby is divided into three functional spaces: the southern heritage landscape coffee area, the western cultural exhibition area, and the eastern open shop area. The lightweight and bright inverted trapezoidal lighting fixtures and the movable old machinery and equipment on the ground rust plate track are reproductions of the slag dumping scene and transportation in the production tank during the steelmaking process.

长条形的壁灯被安置在每一根对称排列的立柱上，阵列统一的立面语言强化了空间秩序感。大厅南侧遗留的管道被完好的保留并用地灯烘托氛围，透过玻璃墙体形成标志性的背景。

The elongated wall lamps are placed on each symmetrically arranged column, and the unified facade language of the array enhances the sense of spatial order. The remaining pipes on the south side of the hall are well preserved, and the atmosphere is enhanced with ground lamps, forming a symbolic background through the glass wall.

具有时代特色的细节设计在公共区域随处可见。金属矿灯，火花型灯饰，黑白老照片，企业标语等复古元素被创意性的运用在空间各处，沉浸式的将新旧时空重叠，打造独刻有杭钢

目前，该项目建筑主体仍在施工中，有望于 2023 年底建成开放。

At present, the main building of the project is still under construction and is expected to be completed and opened by the end of 2023.
