淳安场地自行车馆丨中国杭州丨PTW Architects + CCDI 悉地国际

第 19 届亚运会将于 2023 年 9 月 23 日至 10 月 8 日在杭州举办。

The 19th Asian Games will be held from September 23 to October 8, 2023 in Hangzhou.

PTW 设计的“淳安场地自行车馆”是淳安亚运分村的主体建筑，位于杭州市淳安县界首乡千岛湖畔，地处亚运比赛项目中心位置，场馆包含比赛及热身场馆。

项目基地山环水绕，库湾众多，山体平缓，村庄零星散落，环境优美，生态优良。

该场馆总建筑面积 24,282㎡，内设有 3040 个座位。

淳安有着良好的生态环境、完善的基础设施以及丰富的办赛经验，最具淳安特色的便是优美的比赛环境。“露珠”、“朝阳”、“鱼文化”成为了“淳安场地自行车馆”的三大设计立意。PTW 在强调概念设计与意象使用的同时，更结合了体育工艺及亚组委要求，确保了方案的落地性以及运营功能的实现。

千岛湖畔，依山傍水，风景秀美。这里分布有自行车馆、小轮车赛场、山地自行车赛场、公路自行车赛场、铁人三项赛场、公开水域游泳赛场等 6 个杭州亚运竞赛场馆和亚运分村，预计产生 25 枚金牌，是除杭州主赛区外产生金牌数量最多的赛区。

The scenery at Qiandao Lake, which is beside the lake and close to mountains, is graceful. There are six Hangzhou Asian Games venues and sub-villages, including a cycling stadium, a BMX track, a mountain bike track, a road bike track, a triathlon venue, and an open swimming track. These venues are expected to produce 25 gold medals, the most in any other competition area outside of Hangzhou’s main competition area.

在这里，最引人注目的是以“朝阳鱼跃，千岛明珠”设计理念建造的自行车馆。从远处眺望，场馆整体造型就像一颗藏于自然山水之间的明珠，屋面、幕墙的渔文化元素，像是跃出湖面的鱼儿泛起的层层涟漪。

The velodrome, which was constructed using the "sunrise fish leap, pearl of Qiandaoisland" design idea, is the most striking feature of the facility. When viewed from a distance, the venue’s general design resembles a pearl that has been tucked away between the natural surroundings, the roof, and the curtain wall of the fishing culture, like a fish that has just jumped out of the water.

“淳安场地自行车馆”

采用先进的参数化设计、CAAD 设计（Computer Aided Architecture Design）与施工定位技术，可以采用椭球体作为基本曲面。PTW 使用现代化的设计手法，融合“参数化主导设计”与“建筑信息化模型 BIM”，构建了一个形态生动的巨构非线性曲面。

The Chun’an Velodrome was created using cutting-edge parametric design, CAAD (Computer Aided Architecture Design), and construction positioning technology, which may use an ellipse as the primary surface. The construction of a massive nonlinear surface with vibrant forms by PTW combines "parametric dominant design" with "building information modeling BIM" using contemporary design techniques.

©在外立面灯光照明设计上，“淳安场地自行车馆”同样利用计算机技术，通过局部通进的膜结构和玻璃幕墙，结合了计算机控制建筑泛光照明，实现了动态变化、多彩斑斓的建筑效果。面光源通过投光、洗光等多种方式，并结合幕墙系统逐一实现，彰显出场馆的现代性、时尚感与国际范。

By integrating local through-into membrane construction and glass curtain wall with computer-controlled architectural floodlighting, "Chun’an Velodrome" also uses computer technology in the facade lighting design to produce a dynamic change, vibrant architectural impact. The curtain wall system is paired with surface light sources in the floodlighting, Light washing, and other ways to actualize each one individually, accentuating the stadium’s contemporary, fashion and international style.

“建设过程中，我们充分遵循‘绿色、智能、节俭、文明’的亚运办赛理念”。采用了建筑外遮阳、自然采光、太阳能景观照明、景观灌溉、雨水回用、雨水储蓄系统等国际流行的节能环保措施，在建筑设计的角度做到了“绿色亚运、节俭亚运”。

zheWe implemented widely used energy-saving and environmental protection strategies, such as external sunshade, natural lighting, solar landscape lighting, landscape irrigation, rainwater reuse, rainwater saving system, etc., in order to realize the goal of "Green Asian Games, Thrifty Asian Games" from the viewpoint of building design.

场地自行车是一个对赛道要求非常高的比赛项目，整个场地为对角对称的椭圆形，该赛道面层采用 374 片进口赤松拼接而成，并不是永久装置，而是可拆卸的，真正体现了节俭办亚运理念。

Track cycling is a highly difficult race program. The track surface is made of 374 pieces of imported Pinus densiflora that were joined together and is not a permanent device, but rather is detachable, really representing the idea of the frugal Asian Games.

在结构细部上，采用了直立锁边金属屋面、玻璃幕墙、天窗、雨棚以及立面铝单板装饰线条等形式，使得形式与立面做到了协调统一。

Vertical locking edge metal roofs, glass curtain walls, skylights, canopies, and aluminum veneer decorative lines are used in the structural elements to establish harmony and cohesion between the form and facade.

在这样的环境中竞技，既是一场比赛，更是一次旅行。2023 年 5 月 19 日，“智能亚运城市体验团”前往秀美淳安，鱼鲜与秀水共美、亚运与城市相伴，开启围绕“亚运城市文化体验”为主题的城市体验系列活动。

Competing in such a setting is both a journey and a competition. The "Smart Asian Games City Experience Group" visited the picturesque city of Chun’an on May 19, 2023. The Asian Games and the city are accompanied by a number of city experience activities with the "cultural experience of the Asian Games city" as its central topic.

The experience group came to the Chun’an Jieshou Sports Center - the Asian Games venue cycling stadium, and participated in the fun sports meeting. They felt the Asian Games style and venue facilities of the Asian Games city for the first time. The wonderful design of the venue and the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake look like a painting, echoing each other, and deeply feel the colorful culture of the Asian Games city.

The experience group travelled to the FunGames at the Asian Games track cycling site, Chun’an Jieshou Sports Center. For the first time, they could picture the venues and styles of the Asian Games in the cities.

The gorgeous architecture of the venues and the picturesque surroundings of Qiandao Lake resembled paintings and echoed one another, giving off a strong sense of the vibrant culture of the Asian Games city.

2023 年 6 月 1 日，“韵味杭州”2023 年全国场地自行车锦标赛暨全国青年场地自行车锦标赛在淳安界首体育中心场地自行车馆举行。赛事共有全国 19 支代表队的 380 余名运动员参赛，对赛事 34 块金牌开展激烈争夺，上演了刺激紧张的“速度与激情”。

The "Charm of Hangzhou" 2023 National Track Cycling Championships were held in the Track Cycling Pavilion of the Jieshou Sports Center in Chun’an on June 1, 2023. The competition featured 19 national teams with a total of almost 380 athletes, 34 gold medals to carry out a fierce competition, and a staged "speed and passion."

第一次正式投入使用的体育中心场地自行车馆获得了竞赛方的充分肯定，场馆运行团队也经过 6 天的磨合，不仅顺利完成了比赛各项保障任务，确保了赛事圆满完成，也为接下来即将举办的杭州亚运会正式比赛积累了宝贵经验。

After six days of integration, the venue operation team not only successfully completed the competition of the various security tasks, to ensure the successful completion of the event, but also for the next to host the official competition of the Hangzhou Asian Games, has accumulated valuable experience. The first officially put into use of the sports center track cycling hall has been fully affirmed by the competition side.
