The dense bamboo forest suspends the dancing wind, light, and shadow. Slowdown - to feel the deference of time slowly drifting by. Stroll - to experience the spatial comfort leisurely. Let your senses interpret the existence of space through sight, sound, scent, taste, body, and mind.

慢，才能体会时间的流逝；步，才能感受悠游于空间的自在。以四十米的竹林为核心，创造自然环绕的空间，让人逐步体悟空间之美。由内而外扩散的圆，是整体设计的核心。以四君子之一的竹与圆融意象，带出水墨画作意境的东方氛围。从极狭入口，就能窥见光影婆娑摇曳的竹林，敞开的接待区，让人随时都能听见风吹过林梢的声响，感受阳光抚触的温暖。不论置身任一处，竹林赋予的禅意已烙印其中。

Slowdown to feel the deference of time drifting by. Take a stroll to experience the spatial comfort leisurely. At the center is a forest of bamboo measuring 40 meters tall to create natural surroundings. Step by step, each stroll would help one realize its spatial beauty. A circle that expands outwards is the core of this overall design. Bamboo, also known in Chinese culture as one of the “four gentlemen” amongst plants, symbolizes harmony and union. It outlines Eastern atmosphere much like a calligraphy painting. A glimpse of the contrasting shadow between the bamboos can be seen even from the narrow entrance. It leads to the spacious lobby, where one can feel the warmth of the sunlight and enjoy the sound of breeze whistling through the bamboos, creating a state of Zen that will last a lifetime.

The bamboo forest surrounds the lobby like an endless view of greenery. Wooden tiles on the floor and ceiling resonate with the calling of nature. Its pure simplicity, and it also serve as a warm welcome to guests. The splendid view of the scenery outside the window is much like a painting of light and shadow that clashes to pause the passing of time.

从相对狭窄的门进入，映入眼帘的是被竹林环绕的接待区，廊道的曲线，与玻璃窗弧线呼应，让人感受到毫无锐角的圆融动线，东方语汇呼之欲出。

沉降式设计的宾客接待区，使画作般的竹林风景一览无遗，让赏景干扰降至最低。暖色调木质天花板与地坪材质、素朴的棉质沙发，甚至接待区的天然石柜台，无一不与自然景观呼应，带来宾至如归的温暖气氛。

From the narrow entrance, one cannot help but notice the reception area surrounded by bamboos. The isle and glass window share the same curvature to create an angle-less, circular line of movement that resonate with the circular features of Eastern design. The guest reception area takes the form of a conversation pit so that guests may enjoy an expanded view of the bamboo forests like a panoramic painting with minimal obstruction. Warm, wooden flooring and ceiling, matches with simple cotton sofa that lead to the marble front desks to fully coexist with nature, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the guests.

The selection of the grille and window frames is an extension of oriental characteristics. Modern sculptures and design infuse unprecedented creativity that cleverly blends Western and Eastern culture heritage into spatial design.

现代雕塑的锐利造型，与暖炉锥体造型相呼应，深浅跳色的配置，仿佛展现阳刚与阴柔的一体两面。透过装置艺术与实用器物的结合，让空间呈现微妙的平衡感。细看家具、柜体、柱体设计以及量身订制的灯具，将东方格栅式语汇，融入其中，无所不在，展现中西合璧的巧思，从陈设之美，就能感受与众不同的文化底蕴。

The sharp contours of modern sculpture echoes with the cone-shaped design of the fireplace. The alternating contrast between dark and light colors represents the two sides of Ying and Yang, which are exact opposites but part of a whole. The combination of installation art and practical appliances strikes a delicate sense of balance in space. Essence of Chinese culture is infused seamlessly and ubiquitously into the environment, from the selection of furniture and cabinets, to the design of beams and customized lighting. The blending of Chinese and Western elements showcases the ingenuity from the beauty of the furnishings. One can experience the unique cultural heritage from the beauty of the furnishings.

03幽静生活禅

Tranquility and Zen

拾级而上是蔚蓝的天

转身向下

别有一番天地

隐藏在空间核心的茶堂

带来静谧力量

来自蓊郁竹林

以及向内寻求的心

Take a step upwards along the stairs takes you closer to the blue sky above. Take a step downwards leads you to the tea parlor concealed within the core. Its calm, tranquil energy is derived from the lush bamboo forest and a heart that seeks for peace within.

随着圆弧动线拾级而上，即抵达开阔的地面，向下移动，渐渐进入空间核心，转入茶堂空间，仿佛进入另一世界。运用低台度开口引进绿意，阻隔外界干扰，唯有静心坐下，才能感受大自然的四季变化。隔绝人来人往的杂沓声响，将心思凝聚于茶席，体悟茶禅一体之道。

Travel along the stairs upwards along the circular path to arrive at the vast ground floor. Travel downwards will lead to the core that transform into the tea parlor as if walking into an alternate world. Natural lighting and sense of greenery is drawn in via low windows along the floor, while secluding external interference. One can only fully embrace seasonal transformations by maintaining a calm, tranquil state of mind, away from the noises and chatters. The mind must focus on appreciating and realizing the Zen in tea cupping.

04 以诗意佐餐 Dine in the Presence of Poetry 诗意书画为饰 温馨雅致邀宴 文人雅士相交 杯觥交错之际 情谊升温之时 Guests are gracefully invited to dine in this banquet hall decorated with poetry and calligraphy paintings. This is where intellects and distinguished guests gather and bond over meals and fine wine.

宴客厅是亲友、宾客情感交流的公共区，以书、画作为空间装饰，让空间展现东方人文内敛的雅致特质。宴饮的大型圆桌，佐以量身订制的灯饰，隐含中式圆融、团圆意象；在开放空间中以西式沙发配置，营造温暖迎宾氛围；现代感的俐落吧台，则传递现代风格的西方设计语汇。透过新旧交融、东西合璧的设计手法，使宴客厅成为最佳情感交流场域。

The banquet hall is the public area for families and guests to bond. Decorated with books and paintings, it outlines the introverted yet elegant characteristics of oriental culture. The grand circular dining table is matched with custom made lighting above, to symbolize harmony and reunion values in Chinese. Next to the dining area is an open space furnished with sofas to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, while a modern bar on the far side of the room. These two elements incorporates elements of the West with the East, blending the new and the old, making the banquet hall the ideal venue for mingling and bonding.

Sharpen the mind with a game of cards or chess. Enjoy leisure activities while accompanied by the beauty of the grille and bamboo forest.

将静态休闲的棋牌室带入公共空间的设计中，透过中式格栅的语汇与竹林的景观呼应，营造沉浸式静谧空间。绿意盎然的竹林景观，既是空间借景，同时兼具室内引光的作用，透过自然光影变化，让人感受四季景致的不同。量身订制的灯饰，延续宴客厅设计，带入圆融意象，结合入门书法拓印，使棋牌室传递独特的东方氛围。

The chess room has been incorporated as part of the design of the public area. The characteristics of the Chinese grille reflects the view of the bamboo forest to create an immersive place of quietness. Users can enjoy the view of the lush green bamboo forest. As natural light is drawn in, one can relish the change of natural scenery as each season goes by. Customized lighting continues that in the banquet hall through reunion and harmony, and combines basic calligraphy rubbing to form a distinct Eastern atmosphere for the chess room.

展现动静皆美的姿态

The surface of the water is like a mirror that reflects the bamboo forest. The reflections flutter as the stroke of water breaks the silence to capture the beauty of serenity and motion.

被竹林环绕的泳池，以磨砂玻璃使竹叶形貌若隐若现，倒映在水中的不仅是窗外竹影，还有恒常不变，以线性姿态罗列的结构梁，展现几何造型重复序列的设计趣味。立面主墙以天然石为装置，呼应竹林自然元素，使原本应是人工化的泳池，展现原始粗犷的力道。

Fab glasses obscures the bamboo forest that surrounds the pool. Reflecting on the surface of the water are the bamboos and the sturdy structural beams arranged to display the delight of repetitive linear shapes in geometric design. A natural stone stands in the middle of the wall to resonate with the natural elements of the bamboo forest, and grant the man-made pool the raw strength of determination.

Structural Strength and Beauty

展现刚柔并济的力量

成就条理分明的空间

Curvatures possess both soft and raw strength. Reoccurring sequences completes the clearly defined space as a whole.

健身房的设计，顺着建筑外观的圆弧造型设计。健身器材的配置，则呼应大面开窗的竹林景观，让运动的同时也能欣赏窗外竹林景观，仿佛置身户外，随时得以亲近自然。以几何造型修饰的结构梁，采重复序列呈现，与器材配置如出一辙，展现井然有序的空间配置。

The design of the fitness gym follows the structural circular design. Each fitness equipment has been placed intentionally so that users can enjoy the view of the bamboo forest while exercising, as if they are outdoors in the arms of nature. Structural beams and fitness equipment have been arranged geometrically in repeating sequences to create an orderly atmosphere.

08赋予未来想像空间

Giving the Future Room to Imagine

平地而起的高楼

在一望无际的绿意中窜起

仿佛聚光灯下的舞台

期待座无虚席的聆赏

High-rise buildings ascent from the endless view of greenery, like performers on a stage in the spotlight that awaits a full room of audience.

楼盘模型所在的展示空间，同时也是未来的影音厅。用舞台效果极佳的灯光，将未来蓝图照亮。平地而起的高楼，是所有人未来生活的想望，座位区的设置，是怀抱成家梦想的业主聆听说明的场域，更是未来影厅坐椅。以线性几何设计修饰结构梁，带来空间发散的效果；以垂直窗帘设计，呼应线性切割现代语汇，同时满足未来遮光、吸音的实际应用。透过设计巧思，打造现在、未来皆可应用的复合空间。

This room currently used as the exhibition area for the building models will serve as the entertainment room in the future.Stage spotlights illuminate blueprints of the future.Living in a high-rise building is everyone’s dream for the future.The audience area will accommodate dreamers at as they attend seminars, and will one day serve as seats in the entertainment room.Structural beams above follows linear geometric designs to create a divergence effect.Vertical design of the curtain adopts linear folds to create a modern appearance, while at the same time providing shelter from the light and providing sound absorption.Through clever design, it becomes a multipurpose room that can be used in the present in for the future.
