In collaboration with Boston Properties and Delaware North Companies, Gensler designed The Hub on Causeway — a dynamic, mixed-use development encompassing approximately two million square feet that occupies the site of the original Boston Garden. The project seamlessly merges and connects with the existing local and regional transportation (North Station/MBTA) and marquee entertainment destination (TD Garden). Conceived as a new urban hybrid, this catalytic project re-defines the idea of a neighborhood community hub. Office, residential, and hotel towers rise from a podium of premium entertainment flagships, one-of-a-kind specialty retailers, high-concept dining, and creative office space. The towers serve as urban beacons and offer unobstructed and unparalleled views of Boston.
