Housed in the building’s basement, this multi-purpose amenity center provides tenants with the opportunity to work, gather, and socialize in a sleek, subterranean, hospitality setting. The basement club contrasts the unique rawness of the space with a chic and comfortable interior, complete with a lively common area, large kitchen/bar, golf simulators, coffee bar, bike storage room, spa locker rooms, and versatile meeting rooms. An essential component of the differentiation strategy for 225 Franklin, The Foundation serves as a third place for its unique and growing tenant population.
