This new two-story workspace at 1 World Trade Center communicates the arrival of this multi-platform gaming and technology company as a major player in the New York gaming economy. Housing a unique blend of talent, the space is organized into “studio” workspaces in lower-light areas of the core. Workstations and collaborative spaces sit at the perimeter with increased natural light and colorful accents to spark creativity. To further distinguish different work areas while adhering to budget constraints, the business floor is rendered in wood, metal and natural fabrics, with the practice floor exhibiting faux versions of those finishes.
