To help transform the Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare process and set a new industry standard, Gensler designed a transparent, highly participatory and dynamic sales center experience to better involve and engage clients. Using kiosks and Microsoft tables, clients can input data, explore guestrooms and experiment with various floor plans, creating a truly interactive, fun and collaborative sales experience. Additionally, Gensler worked with HGV to conceptualize a new and dynamic sales process and system of tracking guest preferences. Embedded in each guest check-in key is a RFID chip that captures real-time data relating to vacation preferences, providing useful intelligence for sales teams and allowing HGV the ability to better monitor its sales strategy and adjust coaching and training as appropriate.
