The new multipurpose facility for this tech client comprises two 14-story buildings and more than 300,000 square feet at the Moffett Towers. The ground floor of one building houses a full-service kitchen and server facility, coffee bar and outdoor seating; the ground floor of the other features a state-of-the-art server lab facility supported by a dedicated chiller plant. The upper floors house software development groups and support personnel with a variety of solo and collaborative workspaces. Each floor is fit out with an amenities area, where employees can relax while enjoying views of Silicon Valley and the adjacent Moffett airfield.
