With an eye toward reinvention, Jabil transformed a 170,000-square-foot campus into a Global Connector in central Florida. The project’s singular goal is to bring people together. Gensler was tapped to renovate the existing campus and optimize it for the consolidation of several of the company’s Tampa Bay area locations. TheSt. Petersburgheadquarters is an unmistakable core unit and home base for the globally reachingmanufacturing servicescompany, which has over 100 facilities. Functioning as a Global Connector, the headquarters offers a hub where its 180,000 team members can come together. The campus unites both guests and team members in gathering spaces including conference centers, a full-service cafeteria, and a fitness center. Socially responsible to both the people that make up this client’s team and to the planet, the Florida campus serves as an extension of Jabil’s identity.
