A well-established voice in the San Antonio banking community, Jefferson Bank has grown steadily over its 75-year history and was poised for a shift in culture to unite the majority of its employees under one roof. Jefferson Bank’s corporate headquarters features a 12-story mid-rise with ground-level mixed-use and a bank branch, four levels of parking garage, an amenity floor, four levels of corporate workspace, and two levels of tenant space. Given the opportunity to establish a new corporate culture for the next generation of the brand, Gensler San Antonio worked closely with the financial provider to strategize localizing departments to foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace experience for all employees.
