In relocating from the 33rd to the 7th floor of the iconic Willis Tower, this international organizational and executive search firm was able to take advantage of the space’s five large, 75-foot column-free modules. The overall effect is one of timeless modernity, with rich materials and dramatic contrasts. Glass-fronted private offices line the floor plate’s perimeter, with a centrally located staff café that encourages gathering and collaboration. Client-facing conference/training rooms and interview rooms are provided with independent circulation to maintain often needed confidentiality and privacy.
