In seeking ways to increase fan engagement, the NFL has guaranteed teams a dollar-for-dollar match for stadium capital improvement projects as part of the league’s most recent bargaining agreement. Seizing this opportunity, the Philadelphia Eagles looked to Gensler for extensive upgrades and renovations to improve fan convenience, comfort and connections. The addition of 1,600 seats and two bridges link the upper concourse and club levels, joining the home and visitor sides. Additional improvements include: end zone HD video boards – the highest resolution in the league; an upgraded sound system; LED ribbon-board displays; refreshed club, suite and marketplace spaces; and the introduction of the Touchdown Club.
