Mack-Cali, a real estate investment trust, recently underwent a significant change in executive leadership and operational strategy. With their new strategic goals outlined, Mack-Cali’s executives engaged Gensler to not only create the company’s identity and vision for their new home but to also bring together two operations once separated in different locations to improve overall communication and collaboration. The new headquarters — with waterfront views — communicates a refreshed image with a welcome gallery/cafe that provides visitors a place to learn, work and relax.
