Buffering for a new era in workplace design and culture, this international consulting giant defined its goals of attracting new recruits and stimulating staff by providing a vibrant atmosphere to connect the consultants.  The process for creating this new workspace was driven by an integrated, research-based solution. The approach led to the development of a cost-effective workplace strategy that emphasizes collaboration and interaction among employees. Key workspace features include a large café and lounge, window seats with worktables, and private offices with full glass fronts and sliding doors, for a an agile mix of sophistication and risk.
