西北大学创新孵化器·“车库”

The new 12,000-square-foot Garage is an incubator for accelerating innovation on the Northwestern campus and integrating the university with the greater entrepreneurial community. Designed within an existing garage on campus, the Garage acknowledges the startup culture it nurtures – the design even preserves the existing stripes between parking spaces. Engendering a sense of dynamism and experimentation is key, as the overarching objective is to attract and connect innovative ideas to investment. The mix of anchor tenants, co-working environments and drop-in stations allow for serendipitous encounters and instills an energy that can be harnessed by the ingenuity of the students, professionals and academics who will come together within this new incubator.
