Situated near the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo, New Mostakbal City is one of the largest integrated cities on the east side of Cairo, Egypt. Gensler was appointed to develop the master planning and architectural vision for Odyssia, a new, connected community that integrates live, work, and play. Designed to curate dynamic experiences, Odyssia is a vibrant mixed-use destination that combines retail, commercial offices, residential, entertainment, art, and design offerings, all linked via one kilometer of dedicated pedestrian-only experiences. Odyssia’s lush parks, themed gardens, and outdoor green spaces offer tranquil settings for friends and family to socialise, learn, create, and explore.
