Each year in Japan, Panasonic hosts an event to reveal their latest and greatest B2B products and services. When the pandemic shifted the summit to a virtual event, Panasonic partnered with Gensler Tokyo to help plan and create an entirely re-imagined virtual office of 2025. Our Digital Experience designers and consultants collaborated with Panasonic to realize the fully rendered “Future Work Playland” project, complete with video and motion graphics. From the comfort of their homes, guests were able to experience the innovation of the future workplace through an interactive 360° virtual tour.The 2025 speculative workplace is about entertaining and engaging employees. With full digital integration and event-based programming, the future workplace resembles more of a business theme park than rows of workstations.
