As California’s largest Herman Miller dealer, Pivot sought a new headquarters and showroom to embody its core values, conveying a sense of “home” to employees, while also functioning as a “living office” and showroom for creative forms of working. A central, multi-functional space accommodates both meetings and mockups, with bleachers that allow clients to view personalized solutions in plan. Adjoining this common area with the kitchen and bar is a central plaza with communal seating. Both Pivot’s and Herman Miller’s legacies are reflected through heritage furniture, finishes and custom fixtures that are balanced with a fresh, technology-forward feel beautifully fit for California.
