Custom design solutions at Pipeline’s newest co-working locations position them as incubators of innovation and connectivity. Inspired by Fort Lauderdale’s interconnected waterways, the casual, yet sophisticated and flexible workplace design arranges work neighborhoods around the main river, or central circulation pathway. Hints of a nautical theme, including wood flooring, furnishings, and graphics inspired by the ocean, bring local character to the space. “The Marina” cafe serves as the main gathering and events space. Marine-grade boat ropes hang across the ceiling to connect the space while shared office walls feature angled, faceted glass and drywall to create a sense of openness and offer a glimpse of the office from the main corridor.
