Gensler 助力 Redfin 总部设计，打造高绩效办公空间

Gensler’s proprietary Workplace Performance Survey provided data to inform and increase the functionality of Redfin’s space. The resulting data, along with Gensler’s Global Tech Benchmarking data, was then used to inform project ratios for focus spaces, collaboration rooms, amenity spaces, and workstations as a way to increase performance. The final, strategy-backed design not only allowed Redfin’s team-based culture to thrive in the new space, but also led to a significant decrease in their overall square footage per person. The new space honors the company’s values of fearlessness and transparency, with attributes of home woven throughout the design.
