Gensler 打造加州阳光下的舒适办公空间

Designed to reinforce Renovate America’s brand and culture the new headquarters has a residential feel, with wood elements providing a connection between the interior and exterior of the buildings. The project consisted of a completely remodeled three-story office building, and new café building, standalone lobby, and large outdoor amenity plaza. The café building and central plaza were designed to take advantage of San Diego’s mild weather and draw employees outside for dining, events, and work meetings. Aside from dining, the plaza includes various collaboration and socializing areas, a vegetable garden, grilling area, fire pits, and two unique outdoor meeting rooms inclusive of large TV screens.
