The space includes the firm’s signature high-end conference centers, attorney and support staff offices, a flexible all-purpose room, a café, a welcoming reception area, shower facilities and a mother’s room. All perimeter offices feature large glass fronts to maximize natural lighting, treated with a partial opaque panel to afford necessary privacy. Energy analyses project an investment payback period of 1.6 years and an 83 percent internal rate of return on the firm’s investment.
