The St. Louis offices of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), a global leader in life and health reinsurance, had been spread across three separate buildings, resulting in operational inefficiencies and a lack of unity. In relocating to a new build-to-suit facility, the client consolidated its corporate headquarters operations while creating an efficient, contemporary workspace consistent with its prominence in the insurance industry. Composed of stone, glass and steel, the design is visually bold, with two five-story glass towers linked to a two-story atrium lobby. Included are training facilities, a fitness center, cafeteria and kitchen.
