In 2019, Equator Capital Management purchased the Morrisville Outlet Mall and announced its vision to convert the building into a unique office space dubbed, The Stitch. Gensler was brought in to evaluate the space and develop a strategy for shaping a work environment that celebrated the unique, quirky history of the mall while also identifying creative and unexpected ways to bring natural light into the deep interiors. The engaging single-floor space is suitable for a business headquarters, research facility, or growing technology company.
