Under increasing competition for talent in a hot tech market, global security giant Symantec engaged Gensler to help it understand what draws employees and how they felt about Symantec’s brand. The team’s findings were compiled into an Environmental Brand Toolkit that will be leveraged in Symantec offices around the world. Initially applied in the Cambridge office, cybersecurity is brought to life through a palette of bold color, abstract patterning, iconic elements of security, and evocative mission-driven messaging. The workspace puts employees at the heart of the global brand while infusing a unique character specific to the company’s Cambridge operations.
