Inspired by the classic lines and sophisticated details of professional suit attire, Transwestern’s Arizona Headquarters sets a new standard for its future west coast office expansions with a headquarters design that aims to create a dynamic and supportive workplace that can also double as an extroverted community hub. As a result, Gensler created an indoor/outdoor “living room” that projects Transwestern’s company culture outward and takes full advantage of its ground-level patio. Formerly a Morton’s Steakhouse, the renovated workplace supports all work modes with a range of focus and collaborative areas that provide flexible working environments to enhance employees’ productivity, complemented by amenities, such as a high-end golf simulator and café, which offer a place for social engagement among colleagues and clients.
