Targeting professional and financial services firms seeking local presence for global operations, Township 14 is located in a prestigious office submarket at the confluence of two urban scales, one with significant freeway exposure, the other a neighborhood scale with mature building stock. Gensler’s design solution addresses the site’s contrasts with transparent glazing elements establishing distintive building identities and expansive views west to the freeway and more solid material expression to the neighborhood east of the property. This approach provides a contextual solution that signals tenants’ global outlook and connection to the local community.
