Looking to renew its presence in the Denver construction market, Turner Construction enlisted Gensler to design a thoughtfully detailed and constructed workspace in downtown Denver. With a condensed construction schedule of eight weeks and a tight budget, the design team worked collaboratively with Turner Construction from inception through construction to meet all deadlines, budget constraints and project aspirations. Given the relatively raw conditions of the historic building, much of the budget was allocated to redesigning the HVAC and electrical systems. New, streamlined conduit carefully composed in the ceiling adds a new layer of design to the raw space, while a modern and refined brand design further positions the company as an important industry leader.
