USAA’s new corporate campus of three office buildings and parking will be built in three phases. The first phase — a four-story tilt-wall office building that connects with a 1,200-car parking garage via a skybridge, along with a central plant — was delivered in collaboration with the developer Patrinely. Located in the Crosstown Center office park, the LEED-registered 259,000-square-foot office building with 63,000-square-foot floor plates supports the client’s call center group. Employee amenities include a fitness center, conference facility and a large dining area. A large multi-purpose courtyard, which can be used for dining and events, links the fitness center with a private jogging trail.
