德清莫干溪谷住宅丨中国湖州丨舍近空间设计事务所

这栋住宅坐落在距杭州一小时车程的莫干山脚下，是为一对退休夫妇所建造。原生山林、溪谷、茶园环绕，日间阳光从北面穿过窗帘洒入室内，缔造了独属于这栋住宅自然惬意的空间氛围。业主二人对新事物的接受度较高，于是我们做了很多打破常规的设计，让他们能够更好地享受这山水之间的闲情生活。

Located at the foot of Mogan Mountain, an hour’s drive from Hangzhou, the house was built for a retired couple. Surrounded by native mountains, valleys and tea gardens, daytime sunlight pours in through the curtains from the north, creating a natural and cozy atmosphere that is unique to this house. The two owners have a high acceptance of new things, so we did a lot of unconventional design, so that they can better enjoy the leisure life between the mountains and rivers.

一方茶盘，一隅天地。比起日常起居，灰空间更像是一个能为业主提供情绪价值的精神场所。

A tea tray, a corner of the world. Rather than daily living, the grey space is more like a spiritual place that provides emotional value to the owner.

◎灰空间，The grey space

一层空间原始布局较为常规，我们将灰空间旋转一定角度后，得到一个非常规的斜向盒体。女业主热爱自然，绿植是这个空间中贯穿主线的视觉要素，盒子的三个立面通过吊轨移门、玻璃最大程度的敞开“引景入室”，旋转后形成的夹角空间放置绿植做点缀，楼梯处夹角竖向贯穿，作为室内小天井存在，引入部分天光后再身处灰空间，仿佛置身自然。

The original layout of the first floor space is relatively conventional. But when we rotate the grey space at an Angle, we get an unconventional oblique box. The female owner loves nature, and green plants are the visual elements that run through the main line in this space. The three facades of the box are opened to the maximum extent through the lifting rail door and the glass. The angular space formed after rotation is decorated with green plants, and the Angle of the stairs runs through vertically.

观景盒子由桃木芯饰面包裹，木头的独特纹理天然不造作，赋予空间温润的氛围。同材质的吊轨移门让灰空间与一层其他空间实现交互。

The viewing box is wrapped with a peach core finish, and the unique texture of the wood is natural and not artificial, giving the space a warm atmosphere. The hanging rail sliding door of the same material allows the grey space to interact with other Spaces on the first floor.

◎灰空间看向餐厅区域，View from the grey space to the restaurant。内部则是榻榻米形式，榻榻米地面一直延伸到庭院里，空间作次卧用时，重心降低的感觉搭配淡淡的木质香，清心助眠，下方加入储物功能，增加了收纳空间。

The interior is tatami. The tatami floor extends to the courtyard, and when the space is used for the second sleeping, the feeling of lower center of gravity is combined with a light wood fragrance, clearing the heart and helping the sleep. The storage function is added below to increase the storage space.

灰空间的旋转也为楼梯间的空间处理带来了连锁反应，以竖向贯通上下楼层的室内小天井，为光营造更加畅达室内的通道。同时也以光影的变化作为空间塑造的重要线索，在结构体块的交互中，深化着空间里独特也丰富的自然情境。

The rotation of the gray space also brings a chain reaction to the space treatment of the stairwell, with a small indoor patio that vertically connects the upper and lower floors to create a smoother indoor passage for light. At the same time, changes in light and shadow are used as important clues in shaping the space. In the interaction of structural blocks, the unique and rich natural situation in the space is deepened.

◎光影变幻的楼梯空间，The staircase space changes with light and shadow。房子是南北向，楼梯间所处的东面外部无遮挡，进入原始空间的第一感觉便是楼梯间采光特别充足，我们借这一空间优势在外窗处开了阵列式方孔来引光入室，光线伴随时间发生变化，在家中形成独特的自然景观。同时，部分光线通过立面的两扇窗分别为一楼的灰空间、二楼的起居室提供日常照明。

The house is north-south, and the east side of the stairwell is unshielded. The first impression of entering the original space is that the stairwell is particularly well lit. We take advantage of this space to open an array of square holes in the outer window to light the entrance. The light changes with time, creating a unique natural landscape in the home. At the same time, some of the light passes through two Windows in the facade to provide daily lighting for the grey space on the first floor and the living room on the second floor.

我们将楼梯空间的一根原始圈梁裸露，重新梳理楼梯与结构的关系，由二楼向下看，梁结构利用高低落差将楼梯空间自然划分，梁的表面做了微水泥处理，与楼梯整体材质统一。

We exposed an original ring beam in the staircase space and rearranged the relationship between the staircase and the structure. Looking down from the second floor, the beam structure uses the height difference to naturally divide the stair space. The surface of the beam is treated with micro-cement, which is consistent with the overall material of the staircase.

◎楼梯间正视角，Stairwell positive view。楼梯下方隐藏了一个迷你空间，内部隐藏电箱，也可作猫屋和储藏室，门板开“一”字形缺口做拉手用，光线透过拉手，为原本逼仄昏暗的角落带来了一丝梦幻色彩。

Underneath the stairs is a hidden mini-space with a hidden electric box that can also be used as a cat house and storage room. The door panel is opened with a "one" notch for the handle. The light shines through the handle, bringing a touch of dreamy color to the otherwise dim corner.

进入室内，我们用递进抬高的形式对空间进行软分割，营造专属于这个家的节奏感。开放的自然景观面，让室内外空间浑然一体，徐徐清风贯穿南北，无论身处餐厨、休闲区都可以将自然美景一览无余，人的心境也在空间里放松下来。

Entering the interior, we use the form of progressive elevation to soft partition the space, creating a sense of rhythm exclusive to this home. The open natural landscape surface makes the indoor and outdoor Spaces integrated, and the gentle breeze runs through the north and south. Whether you are in the kitchen or leisure area, you can enjoy the natural beauty at a glance. People’s moods also relax in the space.

◎由一层空间看向室外，View from the ground floor to the outside。客厅休闲区一把造型古朴的摇椅成为视觉中心，阅读灯与小巧的边几彰显着此间的功能。

A rocking chair with a simple shape becomes the visual center in the leisure area of the living room, and the reading lamp and small side table highlight the functions of this place.

◎由楼梯间看向餐厨区域，View from the stairwell to the dining area

公共空间我们选择“从简设计”，这里的“简”是指弱化装饰性的东西，在最简约的形式里容纳所需功能。

We choose "simple design" for the dining and kitchen space. "Simple" here refers to weakening decorative things and accommodating the required functions in the simplest form.

石材桌腿与木质桌面呈穿插之式，是两种材质的对话，又分别与地面及灰空间的木饰面形成互文，统一着整个家的设计语汇。

The stone table legs and the wooden table top are interspersed, forming a dialogue between the two materials. They form an intertext with the wood veneer on the ground and gray space respectively, unifying the design vocabulary of the entire home.

厨房区域围绕岛台形成了一条“回”字动线，开放式的格局解放了空间，从餐厅区域看整个公共空间十分开阔，无拘无束。

The kitchen area forms a "回" circle around the island, and the open plan liberates the space. From the restaurant area, the whole public space is very open and unrestrained.

◎外置洗手台盆，External sink basin

二层是整个家中相对私密的起居空间，但也仍在有限的场域中延续着开放的设计构思，让光影与自然在室内流淌，为家庭空间的情感聚合提供具体却无限的场景构建。

The second floor is the relatively private living space of the entire home, but it still continues the open design concept in a limited area, allowing light, shadow, and nature to flow indoors, providing a specific but infinite scene construction for the emotional aggregation of the family space.

◎“L”形地梁，"L" shaped ground beam

◎卧室看向起居室，View from bedroom to living room

卧室区域有一根承重柱和配重梁，为了弱化此处梁结构，使其发挥最大功效，我们以配重梁为基础向上拉伸，和侧边承重柱结合形成“L”形框架，可用于置物、书桌等功能；另一侧是与其呼应的倒“L”形造型，两者结合演变为“室内取景框”，将二楼卧室做半开放分割，合理划分出起居小客厅以及休憩区域。

The bedroom area has a load-bearing column and counterweight beam. In order to weaken the beam structure and maximize its effect, we draw it upward on the basis of the counterweight beam and combine it with the side bearing column to form an "L" shaped frame, which can be used for storage, desk and other functions; On the other side is an inverted "L" shape that echoes it, and the combination of the two evolves into an "indoor viewfinder frame", making the second floor bedroom semi-open division; Reasonable division of the small living room and the rest area.
