客厅

—

Sitting room

本案是一套两层两居室的上叠，原始户型部分空间的尺度感较差，居住者虽然平时只有两个常用的卧室需求，但也希望保留一个空间作为临时客房。因此我们重新对空间进行梳理，将原有的部分空间打开重组，一楼主要作为休闲会客区域，二楼主要作为休息区，动静分离，互不打扰。在拓展场景可能性和功能完整性的前提下充分的让空间流动起来，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性。

原始户型，空间过于独立，且客餐厅空间十分有限，做饭、就餐、会客休闲像被束缚在一个又一个狭小的盒子当中。我们希望整个空间是有温度的，是共通共融的。因此，我们重新对一楼空间进行规划，将原本密闭厨房空间打开，将客卫空间压缩，形成更加开阔的空间格局。

The original apartment space is too independent and the guest restaurant space is very limited. Cooking, dining and meeting guests are like being bound in one narrow box after another. We hope that the whole space is warm and common. Therefore, we re-planned the space of the first floor, opened the originally closed kitchen space, compressed the guest and sanitary space, and formed a more open space pattern.

沉着克制的色彩，柔和内敛的弧线，自然材料的运用，肌理斑驳的墙面，恰到好处的留白。光影游走间时空相生，至简，至纯的侘寂美感流转于空间之中。

Calm and restrained color, soft and restrained arc, the use of natural materials, the texture of the mottled wall, just right white space. Light and shadow flow between time and space, the most simple, to the pure wabi-sabi beauty flow in the space.

打开后空间原有的梁体成为需要解决的问题，因此我们用弧形过渡吊顶和梁体，独特的艺术美感，成为空间中的点睛之笔，更显空间灵动柔和之感。

After opening, the original beam body of the space has become a problem to be solved. So we use the arc to transition the ceiling and beam body, and the unique artistic beauty has become the finishing touch in the space, making the space more flexible and soft.

餐厅—Restaurant

原本的餐厨空间各自独立且十分有限，因此我们将原本的厨房空间打开，形成开放的餐厨空间格局。围绕拆不掉的承重墙做环绕式岛台，增加辅助操作区域的同时最大尺度的保留空间延伸感，自由在此延伸。

The original kitchen space was independent and very limited, so we opened the original kitchen space to form an open kitchen space pattern. Make a wraparound island around the unremovable load-bearing wall, increase the auxiliary operation area while retaining the maximum scale of space extension, freedom extends here.

分离式餐岛设计，岛台柜体和餐桌可以完全分离，随意移动位置。少数人就餐时，餐桌嵌入岛台，可以留出更多的活动空间。多数人就餐时，可以将餐桌拉出来，满足多人就餐。

岛台上拆不掉的承重墙用自然纹路的石材包裹，搭配温润柔和的原木，天然的大理石材，自然的气息在空间中流动，沉淀出空间的质感。

Separate dining island design, the island cabinet and dining table can be completely separated and moved freely. When a few people eat, the table is embedded in the island, which can allow more space for activities. When most people eat, the table can be pulled out to meet the needs of many people. The unremovable load-bearing wall on the island is wrapped with natural grain stone, with warm and soft logs, natural marble stone, and natural breath flows in the space, precipitating the texture of the space.

厨房—Kitchen

开放式厨房营造开阔的视觉感受，让空间还原最舒适的尺度。厨房一侧安装隐形玻璃推拉门，爆炒时将烹饪区隔开，避免油烟乱窜。闲时，将厨房打开，增加空间互动感。骨骼线造型橱柜，原木质感满满，尽显自然质朴之美。The open kitchen creates an open visual feeling and restores the space to the most comfortable scale. Invisible glass sliding doors are installed on one side of the kitchen to separate the cooking area during stir-frying to avoid oil fumes. At leisure, open the kitchen to increase the sense of space interaction. Skeleton line modeling cabinet, full of wood texture, showing the natural and simple beauty.

茶室—Tearoom

基于业主的需求，我们将一楼原本的卧室区域打通联通客厅，抬高地面做地台设计作为休闲茶室，选用活动家具，满足在一定阶段茶室转变成临时客房的可能性。隐形式移门，可开可合，打开时，客厅和楼梯间的景致随之展现，空间也随之流动起来。合上时，变成独立空间，光影透过障子纸温柔的洒落，温暖和煦的气息随之弥漫。

Based on the needs of the owners, we connected the original bedroom area of the first floor to the living room, raised the ground to make the floor design as a leisure tea room, and selected activity furniture to meet the possibility of transforming the tea room into a temporary room at a certain stage. The hidden form moves the door, which can be opened or closed. When opened, the view of the living room and stairwell is revealed, and the space is also flowing. When it is closed, it becomes an independent space, and the light and shadow fall gently through the shoji paper, and the warm and genial atmosphere permeates.

楼梯间—Stairwell

一束光透过圆形孔洞氤氲在斑驳的墙面上，恰到好处的留白与楼梯独特的结构美感相呼应，拾阶而上，于无形中流露满满的韵律感。

A beam of light through the round hole dense in the mottled wall, just right white space and stairs unique structural beauty echo, pick up the steps, in the invisible reveal full rhythm.

Toilet

一楼作为主要的会客休闲区域，客人留宿的几率并不大，综合考虑后，我们在满足日常需求的前提下适当压缩卫生间空间，让出更多的空间给到客餐厅，让客餐厅空间更加开阔。马赛克瓷砖搭配米灰色瓷砖，更显简洁大气。

The first floor is the main meeting and leisure area, and the probability of guests staying is not large. After comprehensive consideration, we properly compress the bathroom space under the premise of meeting the daily needs, and give more space to the guest restaurant, so that the guest restaurant space is more open. Mosaic tiles with beige tiles, more concise atmosphere.

South terrace

一方露台，一处烟火，远离尘嚣，清晨与光一同醒来，夜晚枕月而眠徜徉星海。四季流转，景致更迭，闲时小坐，围炉煮茶，慢享生活。

A terrace, a fireworks, away from the hustle and bustle, wake up with the light in the morning, sleep with the moon at night and roam the stars, the seasons flow, the scenery changes, sit down at leisure, cook tea around the stove, enjoy life slowly.

主卧—Master bedroom

考虑到居住者的需求，我们将原本的客厅挑空区域浇筑楼板，又重新对二楼东侧空间重新布局，集合阳台、卧室、衣帽间、书房作为主卧，功能齐全。结合原本的屋顶构造，利用交叠穿插的方式，打造异形吊顶，内嵌线性灯带，柔和的灯光洒落，朦胧又迷人，催人入眠。Taking into account the needs of the occupants, we poured the floor slab in the empty area of the original living room, and re-arranged the east space of the second floor, integrating the balcony, bedroom, cloakroom and study as the master bedroom, which is fully functional. Combined with the original roof structure, the use of overlapping interspersed way to create a special suspended ceiling, embedded linear light belt, soft light sprinkling, hazy and charming, make people fall asleep.

衣帽间—Cloakroom

次卧— Secondary bedroom

次卧原本的空间十分有限，考虑到孩子居住的舒适性，我们将原本部分走廊空间纳入到次卧空间中来，作为孩子的衣帽间。整体硬装造型简洁，满足孩子不同阶段的成长需求。

The original space of the second bedroom is very limited. Considering the comfort of the child’s living, we will include the original part of the corridor space into the second bedroom space as the child’s cloakroom. The overall hard outfit is simple in shape to meet the needs of children in different stages of growth.

水吧—Water bar

考虑到休息时间饮水的便利性，在二楼楼梯旁设置水吧台，无需繁杂，实用即好。自然的石或木，不同的肌理美感，用自然之美勾勒空间的形态，静谧自如。

Considering the convenience of drinking water during the rest time, a water bar is set up next to the stairs on the second floor, which is not complicated and practical. Natural stone or wood, different textures of beauty, with the beauty of nature outline the shape of the space, quiet and free.

卫生间

Toilet

卫生间集干区、湿区、家政一体，功能齐全。半开放洗手台，最大化空间的使用感受。空间不设限，让生活多一些松弛感。

Toilet set dry area, wet area, housekeeping one, fully functional. Semi-open vanity to maximize the use of space. Space without limits, let life more relaxed.
