设计序言

风格创新的探求得力于向往和追求生活的美与丰富。简单、极致、整洁无杂乱，打造人居空间的舒适与舒心，线条、元素、氛围，自然之灵悄然跃动，空间宜人宜居，而独一无二。

FLOOR 1/

Family common area

中餐厅｜Dining room

别墅一楼，客厅高挑空区域为中餐厅，中式长吊灯自顶部垂下，如流云徐徐垂落而鹤群环飞，意境缔造的同时聚焦了餐桌重心。开阔的落地玻璃置入大面积的自然光，外部景观拉开视野广度，觥筹谈笑间，骤升胸襟宏阔之感。

二楼牵丝半雾的屏风既具有空间的穿透性，又隐隐地将空间的界定区隔，屏风之间放置艺术摆件，传统意境有了现代表现。

吧台区，PRADA 绿大理石作为本案主要元素之一，是镶嵌空间的宝石，丰富纹理层次，增添自然的清新雅致。西厨烤箱等设备内嵌墙面，整饬画面简洁秩序。红酒架做了透明的设计，视线轻盈，正面远观瓶身如落盘棋子，泼墨古意油然而生。

吧台｜Bar counter

In the bar area, PRADA green marble, as one of the main elements of the case, is the jewel of the inlaid space, enriching the texture level and adding natural freshness and elegance. Western kitchen oven and other equipment are embedded in the wall, ordering the picture to be simple and orderly. The red wine rack is made of a transparent design, with a light line of sight. Looking forward from the front, the bottle body is like a chess plate, and the ink is spontaneous.

茶室｜Tearoom

茶室与西餐厅之间设计挑空的圆弧墙面作为隔断，兼具储物收纳和审美功能。花绿的大理石元素的壁炉为两个空间缔造了置身幽幽青山品人间烟火的情意氛围。茶室向阳，落地的光保证了此艺术空间的思与意的感知基底，生香熏袖，活火分茶，空间有了独立的意义。

An empty arc wall is designed between the teahouse and the western restaurant as a partition, which has both storage and aesthetic functions. The fireplaces with flower-green marble elements create an emotional atmosphere of fireworks in both Spaces. The tea room faces the sun, and the light on the floor ensures the perceptual basis of the thought and meaning of this art space.

西餐厅｜Western dining room

西餐厅通过色调的温和统一使得空间的特性整体沉稳下来，顶部内嵌的灯带让光缓和低敛，避免了刺眼和张扬的亮度，于局部渲染就餐区的私密温馨氛围。FLOOR 2-3/Stair hall and entryway

玄关、阶梯、楼梯间均是大理石材的置入，醒目点亮着空间的特性，整体设计的主题缀点与行坐起息的每一步。不规则纹理搭配深邃的绿色纹理，如海浪般波涛汹涌，泛起千层雪，清新色调赋予空间别样活力。

The entryway, staircase and stairwell are all placed in the marble stone, highlighting the characteristics of the space, and the theme of the overall design points and sits at each step. The irregular texture is matched with deep green texture, which is rough like the waves, and the fresh color gives the space a different vitality.

FLOOR 2-3 / Bedroom

儿子房｜Son’s bedroom

卧室以素朴、简洁、温和为氛围定点，立柜、顶部与墙面都统一了温和色调，储物柜和百叶的线条感带来空间的整洁秩序与肃然感。金属、石材、木板则是卧室空间的元素碰撞惊喜，赋予空间想象力。挑空的储物柜是此空间显目的现代感设计，极大减轻空间的沉闷与负重效果，而艺术摆件与椅凳对照的鲜亮色彩抛出了空间的年轻活力。

男主人房｜Master’s room

男主人房利用色彩的块状化与暗色调呈递空间的冷静肃然，并以墙面色彩的变化界定区域，阅读区的墙板色彩变深，更加凝聚感知，置物架背景又恢复浅色调，使得线条清晰，简洁有力。

主卧/女主人房｜Hostess room

主卧也是女主人房，卧室精心设计了顶部造型，书页般错落翻开的顶部有着自然的起伏面，光在罅隙间如水如云般溢出，长虹玻璃的雾感萧条折射空间的现代艺术，轻透空间感受又保持了隐私性。此卧室空间的点睛之笔，法式的精致、轻奢是金属的艺术造型和线条与棉麻的布艺、沉稳的木板共同构造的。大玻璃落地外是阳台休闲区，绿植景观的置入使得空间内外活力融通，相映成趣。

The master bedroom is also the hostess room. The bedroom is carefully designed with the top shape. The page-like scattered open top has a natural undulating surface. The light in the gap like water like clouds overflows. The mist of the long rainbow glass depression reflects the modern art of the space, and the light penetrates the space feeling to maintain privacy. The finishing touch of this bedroom space, the French delicacy, and light luxury are the artistic shape and line of metal, cotton and linen fabric, composed of wood. Outside the big glass floor is the balcony leisure area, and the insertion of green landscape makes the vitality of the space and the outside blend and complement each other.

大宅独立衣帽间不仅仅是衣帽间，同时是展示屋主身份品味的展示空间，房间宽敞明亮，衣帽间以开放的形式存在。两端双出口形成洄游动线，便于进出，更能增加仪式感。设置柜体进行空间分隔，增加收纳空间，不显拥挤，柜内增加部分采光，使空间不显昏暗，还有包裹感，私密性。

The mansion independent cloakroom is not only a cloakroom, but also a display space to show the identity of the owner. The room is spacious and bright, and the cloakroom exists in an open form. The double exit at both ends forms a migration line, which is easy to enter and exit, and can increase the sense of ritual. Set the cabinet for space separation, increase the storage space, not crowded, increase part of the lighting in the cabinet, so that the space is not dim, and there is a sense of parcel and privacy.

卫生间干湿分离，动线明晰，洗浴间的家具电器洗衣机、小冰箱均做了内嵌设计，便捷又简洁。

另一边是活动室，设有瑜伽室和健身区，墙面整个立面镜面处理的同时保留垂直线条，扩大空间视觉效果同时统一设计的现代性美感。

The dry and wet separation of the bathroom, the moving line is clear, and the furniture and electrical washing machine and small refrigerator in the bath room are embedded in the design, which is convenient and simple. On the other side is the activity room, with yoga room and fitness area. The mirror treatment of the entire facade of the wall retains vertical lines, expanding the visual effect of the space and unifying the modern beauty of the design.
