As a private equity company focused on investing in the midsize market, personal connections and transparency are the core concepts of the company and important driving forces for rebuilding an open, enthusiastic, and warm workplace. In order to meet the company's desire to renovate its outdated, dim, and partitioned office, we utilized panoramic and natural light to relocate important public and social spaces from the core area of the building to the peripheral area. The new floor to ceiling glass office introduces daylight and views indoors, enhancing the sense of connection between employees and allowing all employees to appreciate the backdrop of the financial district skyline and the San Francisco Bay waterfront.

会客区选用靠近落地窗边的区域进行打造舒适的氛围，采用蓝色色调进行烘托户外的海景自然风光，这种色域的连接是内外空间有一种互动的纽带，同时在温柔的木纹包裹的空间中，清爽低调的蓝色不仅冲淡了木纹所带来的安稳氛围，还给该空间带去了活力。

The area near the french window is selected to create a comfortable atmosphere in the reception area, and the blue color is used to set off the outdoor seascape natural scenery. This connection of color gamut is an interactive link between the internal and external space. At the same time, in the space wrapped by gentle wood grain, the cool and low-key blue not only dilutes the stable atmosphere brought by the wood grain, but also brings vitality to the space. Provide a relaxed environment for people.

在用餐区，低光泽的暖色调木材和中性色调，以及五颜六色的当地手工瓷砖，让人联想到旧金山湾的色彩，让人联想到休闲的精致。吧台式座椅沿墙壁和窗户摆放，为用餐或工作提供了充足的空间。

In the dining area, low gloss warm toned wood and neutral tones, as well as colorful local handmade tiles, evoke the colors of San Francisco Bay and the elegance of leisure. The desktop seats are arranged along the walls and windows, providing ample space for dining or work.

新接待区与茶水间、用餐区以及新的先进会议中心和董事会议室之间，通过一条宽阔的流通主干道连接起来，设计成一个画廊空间。正式会议区给人一种开放和连续的感觉，可用于频繁举行的全公司会议和面向客户的活动，而画廊则可作为宽敞的会前空间。

The new reception area is connected to the tea room, dining area, as well as the new advanced conference center and board meeting room through a wide circulation main road, designed as a gallery space. The formal meeting area gives a sense of openness and continuity, which can be used for frequent company wide meetings and customer oriented activities, while the gallery can serve as a spacious pre meeting space.

温暖的中性色调环绕着大楼的混凝土核心，为作为项目一部分引入的新艺术项目提供了一个大气的背景，当地艺术家的作品使墙壁生动活泼，并与木材、玻璃、深青铜装饰和现代家具形成鲜明对比。平锯白橡木地板纹理清晰、个性鲜明，与裂锯白橡木板天花板相映成趣，更显温馨。

The warm neutral tones surround the concrete core of the building, providing an atmospheric background for the Art Nouveau project introduced as part of the project. The works of local artists make the walls lively and stand in stark contrast to wood, glass, deep bronze decoration, and modern furniture. The flat sawn white oak floor has a clear texture and distinct personality, which complements the split sawn white oak ceiling and adds warmth.
