二十世纪初期，上海已发展成为亚洲最为繁荣的通商巨埠，被誉为“远东明珠”，成为比肩伦敦和纽约的世界级大都会，租借与地界也是一扩再扩，十里洋场也成为了诸多淘金者的冒险乐园。

In the early 20th century, Shanghai had developed into the most prosperous trading hub in Asia, known as the "Pearl of the Far East", and became a world-class metropolis comparable to London and New York. Its leasing and territorial boundaries also expanded and expanded, and the Ten Mile Yangchang became an adventure park for many gold seekers.

开启探索秘境之旅

01# 都市秘境 Urban Secret Realm

海玥黄浦源就是这样藏而隐，隐则明。以东方园林为启发，入口处古典与摩登自成一派从容的氛围，迎接八方来客。

Haiyue Huangpu Source is like this, hidden and hidden, hidden and clear. Inspired by Eastern gardens, the entrance exudes a serene atmosphere of classical and modern elements, welcoming visitors from all directions.

在悠久的中式浮雕瓷器圆润的文化诉说与新艺术哥特式的硬朗垂直线条呼应下，东西方历史的交流与碰撞，在上海这座城市中，格外意趣。

Amidst the rich cultural appeal of Chinese style relief porcelain and the strong vertical lines of Art Nouveau Gothic, the exchange and collision of Eastern and Western history are particularly interesting in the city of Shanghai.

02# 闲庭生欢 Leisure court brings joy

洽谈区内流动上映着各色活动，沙龙、展览、机会与分享，情绪在此处发酵，艺术油然而生。吵嚷与隐私交谈间，格窗边可延展出外界的隔绝，多重屏风嵌联起一个个异度时空，于屏风内的窃窃私语，思绪的飘散不拘泥现实。

Various activities, such as salons, exhibitions, opportunities and sharing, are showcased in the negotiation area, where emotions ferment and art arises naturally. Between shouting and private conversations, the grid window can extend the isolation of the outside world, and multiple screens are embedded to connect different time and space. The whispers inside the screen allow for the drift of thoughts that are not limited to reality.

03# 在梦境中涅槃 Nirvana in Dreams

“梦回莺啭，乱煞年光遍，人立小院庭深处”。庄重优雅的浅橄榄绿填满空间，灵动的米白点缀，金属质感缓解了过于柔软的软装，增添了几分各持己见的意外和谐，营造出宾至如归的茶话室般亲切。

Dreaming of the warbler’s warbler, the chaos of the year is everywhere, and people stand deep in the courtyard. The solemn and elegant light olive green fills the space, with dynamic beige embellishments. The metallic texture alleviates the overly soft soft outfit, adding a touch of unexpected harmony with each other’s opinions, creating a tea conversation room like warmth at home.

旋转楼梯弯弯绕绕，似乎把时间送回到了 1900 年的民国时期，优雅的踏步与复古的灯光、材质、色彩相结合，在厚重的实木与红色的皮革质感衬托下，留住了一份精致的历史感。

The winding staircase seems to send time back to the Republic of China era in 1900. The elegant steps are combined with retro lighting, materials, and colors, and a delicate sense of history is retained against the thick solid wood and red leather texture.

将西方住宅文化与本地居住理念融合进设计中，注重形式美感却不过度装饰，一二层楼主体末端设置为卫生间区，金属水滴入海元素装置与倾泻而下的光影暗生情愫，水光接天之际，正如人类文明与宇宙间的辩证关系。

Integrating Western residential culture with local residential concepts into the design, emphasizing formal aesthetics without excessive decoration. The main end of the first and second floors is set up as a bathroom area, with metal water droplets entering the sea elements and pouring down light and shadow to create a sense of affection. When water and light touch the sky, it is like the dialectical relationship between human civilization and the universe.

Artdeco 风格的几何地毯，墨绿波纹大理石和老式留声机，空间内的每个物件每样元素都在诉说让时间定格的那个年代。美轮美奂的瞬间可以重现，梦回莺啭的旧梦依稀可寻，在无声中延续了东方式的海派情怀。

Artdeco style geometric carpets, dark green ripple marble, and old-fashioned phonographs, each object and element in the space tells the story of the era that set time. Beautiful moments can be recreated, and the old dream of returning to the warbler can be vaguely found, silently continuing the Eastern style Shanghai style sentiment.
