栖居山涧，伴水为邻，项目立足于昆明当地的自然美景与风土人情，在喧嚣繁华的现代都市，找到一个相交城市与自然的平衡点，使人居回归自然。设计主要提取东南亚热带雨林的大自然景观色彩，以优雅米、白和原木色为空间载体， 用雨林特有的苍翠绿、橄 榄黄、烟草褐等色彩大胆点缀，营造出一个度假休闲的时尚中式度假空间，于山水间感知城市脉络，尽享隐秘悠然的旅居生活。
