本案的业主方中新·知识城，根据知识城发展研发服务、生命健康、信息技术、生物技术、新能源等产业规划，为切合项目定位，设计上从科技、生态方面出发，构述一个舒适的现代化商务空间。

科技创新是这个时代绕不开的热点话题，亦是本案设计的重点之一，洽谈区的陈设旨在打造一个开放且轻松的商谈氛围，原木材质的运用与绿植的点缀相互呼应，打造树下休憩、放空思考的场景感，提升使用者的舒适度。

伴随物质生活的日趋稳定，人们对艺术方面有了更高的需求，因此在VIP区设计当中，艺术元素贯穿始终，如软装家具、艺术品、装饰画等，无一不凸显简洁独特的调性，使置身于其中的宾客感受到优雅的现代诗意。

Design description of Zhongxin · knowledge city in Furnishing Art (soft decoration design)

According to the industrial planning of R & D service, life and health, information technology, biotechnology and new energy of the knowledge city, Zhongxin knowledge city, the owner of this case, constructs a comfortable modern business space from the aspects of science and technology and ecology in order to meet the project positioning. Scientific and technological innovation is not only a hot topic in this era, but also one of the key points in the design of this case. The furnishings of the negotiation area are designed to create an open and relaxed atmosphere for discussion. The application of log materials and the ornamentation of green plants echo each other to create a sense of scene of rest and empty thinking under trees, and improve the comfort of users. As a result, with the rapid development of modern art, there are more and more elegant elements in the art design, such as the soft decoration.
