『售楼处位于“天府之国”的成都，整个空间的设计理念是将中式建筑风格和东南亚建筑风格特色相融合，打造一个具国际化水准的城市新境界。在设计之初我们把中国传统文化的精髓与当代时尚潮流加以融合并创新演绎，设计中不单只是纯粹的元素堆砌、复制，而是通过对传统文化的认知，将传承与创新元素相碰撞，符合现代人的审美需求同时来打造富有传统韵味的美好事物。设计中突出空间的层次感，通过“移步借景”表现手法，让空间充分展现中国文化独特的艺术内涵，并将传统特色做到极致，完美诠释空间的意境与惬意。当淳朴而内敛的颜色碰撞尊贵大气跳色，仿佛中国东方元素气息中缓缓流淌着一抹新鲜的血液。将东方意韵引入空间，通过“韵”“艺”“静”“雅”诠释不同空间，营造出“意为境之始，境为意之终”的审美境域。』

The real-estate sales center is located in Chengdu,known as "the land of abundance". Our design philosophy is to create a Chinese architecture featuring Southeast Asian construction elements, in order to offer an internationalized atmosphere to the city. We've combined the essence of traditional Chinese culture with the modern fashion trend not by just copy-and -paste the elements themselves, but appreciate the true value of traditional culture. A brand new aroma will be created to fulfill people's aesthetic demand. To extend the space into multiple layering scene and present the uniqueness of artistic conception, we adopt the technique of "walk in scene" to bring audiences more viewing angles. When a understated color crashes with a delightful flash-color, it feels like a fresh blood is pumped into the veins of Chinese-Eastern elements. With the original allocation of space and arrangement of contrasting colors, the aesthetic of the east is well presented through the four aspects-- “Charm”, ”Artistry”, ”Quietness” and “Elegance”.
