项目地位于温泉资源丰富的宜春温汤，栖息于明月山下，古井泉街内，地理位置优越。建筑为新式赣西风格，东西两面景观开阔。东可俯瞰老街地标文庙，西可尽揽湖泊胜景。为花间堂集团打造的江西首店。

整体方案以“静泊时光”为题来开展，在空间布局上力求简洁明朗，主要由两大部分构成：首层公区（包含了临湖的入口、接待大堂、茶吧、书吧、内庭院）及二、三层客房层。总体上以轻松淡雅的浅色调性为主，通过浅木、白墙、青石等主材的运用，构建出空间线与面的有序交织和围合，来阐述“泊”的理念。

The building is a new style of western jiangxi style with wide views on both east and west sides. Overlooking the landmark cultural temple on old street in the east and lake in the west.
