三川四季 · 立意Just Eat,More Than Eat
「三川四季」由主理人项宽、项鲁航兄弟主理,两人试图寻找一种根植于餐饮传统,又迎接未来的生活场域。完善的供应链及各地优质原材料供应商,食材溯源,旨在通过多元的生态集合,创造出一个新的聚集地,以食为名,为每一位客人提供好的生活方式,让优质成为生活日常。
以城市特质为源头,商场作为媒介,美食为切入点,将城市文化、特点,人物个性融入其中,开启一场浩浩荡荡的空间想象。
"Sanchuan Four Seasons" is led by brothers Xiang Kuan and Xiang Luhang, who are trying to find a life field rooted in the tradition of dining and welcoming the future. The perfect supply chain and high-quality raw material suppliers from all over the world, food traceability, aims to create a new gathering place through a diversified ecological collection, in the name of food, to provide a good lifestyle for every guest, so that quality becomes daily life.
With the characteristics of the city as the source, shopping malls as the media, food as the entry point, the city culture, characteristics, personalities into it, open a vast space imagination.

New Hangzhou style catering culture brand
街区是一个城市的文化容器,生于斯、长于斯的人们作为城市的主角,通过频繁奔波的生活轨迹描摹城市气质,散发出一种复杂的、旺盛的生命力。
「三川四季」,一个根植于萧山菜系的新餐饮消费品牌,通过旗下多业态的产品系列场域,立体地、有量感地与消费者共情生长。主理人希望探寻一种中式餐饮新的生长方式,将传统菜通过现代的、健康的、便捷的、交互的方式进行多元的手段表达,走进消费日常,回归生活本质。
空间如何触发人与人的互动联结,如何促进城市的凝聚力,从餐饮到生活,找寻着人与人、人与场所的连接,在一菜一宴中践行关系美学,构筑情感和记忆。
The neighborhood is the cultural container of a city. As the protagonists of the city, people who were born and grew up in the city describe the city’s temperament through the life track of frequent running, emitting a complex and vigorous vitality.
"Sanchuan Four Seasons", a new food and beverage consumer brand rooted in Xiaoshan cuisine, grows with consumers in a three-dimensional and quantitative way through its multi-format product series field. The organizer hopes to explore a new growth mode of Chinese food and beverage, and express traditional dishes by multiple means through modern, healthy, convenient and interactive ways, so as to enter the daily consumption and return to the essence of life.
How does space trigger the interaction and connection between people and how does it promote the cohesion of the city? From catering to life, it seeks the connection between people and people and between people and places, practices the relationship aesthetics in a dish and a banquet, and builds emotions and memories.

设计将城市空间喻为人类生活的容器,于此,食物与情感赋予空间与众不同的灵魂。当本源的感官体验,与味蕾相互交汇时,人、空间、美食三者成为绝对主角,在空间内部合理有序的组合之下,带给人恰如其分的舒适与平和。
The design refers to the urban space as a container for human life, where food and emotion give the space a different soul. When the original sensory experience intersects with the taste buds, people, space and food become the absolute protagonists, bringing people appropriate comfort and peace under the reasonable and orderly combination of the space.

空间尺度相互交叠,创造出一种景深感,顺势而为,长桌是不可忽视的重要角色,恰到好处地赋予所在场域持久的张力。
空间张力的各异,在通透的视野中保持着一种空间的克制感。室内长桌的放置,打破人与人之间的阻隔,让顾客获得更包容、自由的场景体验。
The spatial scales overlap each other to create a sense of scenery, and along with the trend, the long table is an important role that cannot be ignored, giving the field a lasting tension.
The different spatial tension maintains a sense of spatial restraint in the transparent vision. The placement of the indoor long table breaks the barrier between people, so that customers can get a more inclusive and free scene experience.

设计师善用立体的视觉层次解构横仄交错的空间造型,形成一个个错落的BOX。创意自由之外,是理性逻辑下的严谨规划。
以城市文化为始,环环相扣的设计链路,既串联起时间与空间的双向维度,又于连续性的叙述中,实现空间动线与场景叙事的有机统一。
在此,现代体块的穿插曲折之态,交叠出城市文化的侧影、食物的层次,与饱含生命力的城市面貌交融共生。
Designers make good use of three-dimensional visual level to deconstruct the horizontal and oblique space shape, forming a scattered BOX. In addition to creative freedom, there is rigorous planning under rational logic.
Starting with urban culture, the interlocking design link not only connects the bidirectional dimension of time and space, but also realizes the organic unity of spatial moving line and scene narrative in the continuous narrative.
Here, the twists and turns of modern blocks overlap the profile of urban culture and the level of food, and blend with the vitality of the city.

创意具有无限可塑性。在以设计解读餐饮空间的过程中,不囿于看得见的城市文化的根源,连接、多元与创造,透过场景与体验的革新,是人与城市互动的基本属性,唤醒城市进化的有机活力,由此释放此间场域内外的绵绵生命力。
Creativity is infinitely malleable. In the process of interpreting catering space through design, it is not limited to the root of visible urban culture, connection, diversity and creation, through the innovation of scene and experience, is the basic attribute of interaction between people and cities, awakening the organic vitality of urban evolution, thereby releasing the continuous vitality inside and outside the field.
