Češča Vas 泳池丨斯洛文尼亚丨ENOTA

Češča vas游泳场馆位于一个最近翻新的自行车场馆旁。为了避免空间变得更加饱和以及混乱，建筑师倾向于不通过建造新的游泳场馆来改变空间关系。因此，游泳场馆利用了倾斜地形的地貌特征。它的位置尽可能下沉，并未在空间中构成新的主导地位。

New pool complex Češča vas is located in a space dominated by the existing, recently renovated velodrome. It is our preference not to drastically alter the spatial relationships with the erection of the new swimming pool facility as it would introduce disorder that the space could do without, and further saturate it. The new pool facility thus takes advantage of the topographic properties of the inclined terrain. It is sited as low as possible and does not constitute a new dominant in the space.

该项目包括两个室内泳池及其配套设施，在项目的第二阶段，还将增加一个奥林匹克级室外泳池。空间设计采用了部分下沉的方式，通过立面分隔出新的水陆环境。因此，入口大厅与交通路面分隔开，而地势最低的游泳池区域则与该区域最西边的环境高程相对应。切割地形的河岸被改造成游客看台。通过这种方式，设计减少了外立面面积，从而提高了能源效率，降低了投资成本。这样就有效地平衡了因地形开挖增加而可能带来的风险。

The complex comprises two interior pools and their infrastructure; in the 2nd phase of the project, an exterior Olympic-size pool is to be added. The spatial design employs the partially dug-in levels to separate the individual new amphiteatral ambients by way of elevation. The entrance hall is thus disconnected from the traffic surfaces, while the lowest-lying pool area corresponds to the elevation of the surroundings at the westernmost edge of the area. The banks of the cut terrain are transformed into grandstands for the visitors. In this manner, the design reduces the structure’s facade envelope surface, thereby increasing its energy efficiency and reducing the investment cost. The possible risk due to the increased terrain excavation is thus efficiently balanced.

建筑师通过低矮的悬挑屋顶实现了外观上的低调朴素。在屋顶下的泳池，游泳者可以看到周围的景色。同时，建筑的屋顶起到结构支撑的作用，不需要与水面直接接触。泳池上方的天花板高度较高，而接待台和更衣室的天花板高度较低。屋顶的结构设计以隐藏在隔墙中的梁为特色，跨度较大，但只需很少的垂直支撑。沿整个建筑周边出现的光线给人一种屋顶悬浮在泳池表面的感觉，而从室内则可以看到周围广阔的自然景观。建筑入口一侧的悬挑屋顶起到了顶篷的作用，与挖空的圆形剧场一起构成了外部入口。

建筑的材质非常简单、内敛。悬挑屋顶的外立面由未上漆的天然木板覆盖，随着时间的推移，这些木板会逐渐老化，从而进一步将建筑与周围森林的材质融为一体。与倾斜的几何形状一起，屋顶在空间中也呈现出当地乡村的发展。露天剧场空间（即各层次的平台）的设计非常统一，均采用当地混凝土，表面处理则各不相同。唯一的色彩点缀出现在建筑内部。浮动水池屋顶统一采用了强烈的暖色调。因此，尽管泳池空间没有填充围墙，但天花板的存在感很强，为使用者提供了一个舒适的庇护所。与此同时，以这种方式点缀的内部空间也是对周围外部空间使用者的一种低调邀请。

The materiality of the pool complex is very simple and restrained. The facade envelope of the floating roof is covered in natural, unvarnished timber boards which will in time age and thereby further blend the building with the materiality of the surrounding forest. Together with the tilted geometry, the roof appears in the space as a paraphrase of the local rural development. The design of the amphitheatral spaces, i.e. the programme platforms on the various levels, is homogenous and executed in local concrete with different surface finishes. The only material accent is found in the building’s interior. The bottom side of the floating pool roof volume is uniformly coloured in an intense, warm hue. The ceiling is thus rendered sufficiently present so as to act as a pleasant shelter for the users despite the pool space’s lack of filled perimeter walls. At the same time, the interior being accented in this way acts as a discreet invitation for the users of the surrounding exterior space.

自行车场馆和游泳池共享空间的交通设计通过单个出入口以及供小汽车和公共汽车使用的共用停车场得到简化。对自行车场馆现有的交通路面进行重组和扩建后，可以设置一个大型入口平台，这不仅仅是一个供行人使用的中央广场，也可以在赛事期间容纳大量游客，并将两座建筑连成一个体育项目综合体。

The traffic design of the shared space of the velodrome and the swimming pool is simplified by means of a single entry and exit, and a common parking surface for cars and buses. The reorganization and expansion of velodrome’s existing traffic surfaces allows for the siting of a large entrance platform, a kind of central square intended for pedestrians that may accommodate a large number of visitors during events and tie both buildings together to form a single sports complex.
