基于现代社会生活压力较大,节奏快的情况,大部分人群没有充足的时间可以享受自己当下的生活;年轻客群的经济、工作压力对购房的需求则以刚需、年轻化的楼盘为主要考虑,因此传统售楼处简单、无体验感的模式已经不能吸引现代年轻人的欲望。

项目整体以打造“新城、新青年、新生活、新体验、新享受”的设计定位,售楼处以具有体验感的营销中心为设计准则,缓解年轻人繁忙生活的社会压力,使其放慢脚步、重拾当下的生活为延伸,打造新一代美好社区的生活体验中心。
The overall project is designed to create a "new city, new youth, new life, new experience, and new enjoyment". The sales office uses an experiential marketing center as the design criterion to alleviate the social pressure of young people’s busy lives and allow them to slow down, regain the current life as an extension, and create a life experience center for a new generation of beautiful communities.

挑空区增加廊桥处理,使空间在视觉上相较于正常挑空空间会存在更多的可视性,在此看沙盘区的体验感更佳,在廊桥位置观看沙盘区距离更近,视野效果更佳,同时廊桥可增加洄游动线,空间状态更加丰富;让体验者能够更好的在此交流互动,提供给人更便捷舒适的感觉。
Adding a corridor bridge to the void area will make the space visually more visible than the normal void space. The experience of viewing the sand table area will be better here, and the distance to the sand table area will be closer from the location of the corridor bridge. , the visual effect is better, and the corridor bridge can increase the migratory movement line, and the spatial state is richer; it allows the experiencers to better communicate and interact here, providing people with a more convenient and comfortable feeling.

把原有空间当成一个“空盒子”,通过“礁石、廊桥”的方式,把空间串联、划分、整合,于空间里洄游。极简的线条处理,延续原有结构空旷与豁达的建筑语言,形成在现代理性审美下,表达具有积淀性空间的“记忆之光”。
Treat the original space as an "empty box", connect, divide and integrate the spaces through the methods of "reefs and covered bridges", and travel in the space. 儿童阅读区的设计利用建筑幕墙的通透,最大程度的做到室内外开敞一体化,将自然融入到设计中,创造给每个人内心追溯过去、重拾当下的空间。
The transparency of the building curtain wall maximizes the integration of indoor and outdoor openness, integrating nature into the design, and creating a space for everyone to trace the past and regain the present.
实木、镜面玻璃与玻璃砖、砂岩石材、铜与石瓷,凝聚的是空间中的自然力量,摒弃一切粉饰,相映出每个人寻找的内在世界。
Solid wood, mirror glass and glass bricks, sandstone, copper and stone porcelain condense the natural power in the space, abandoning all whitewashing and reflecting the inner world that everyone is looking for.
