建筑师ohbo设计的文化戏剧建筑。位于瑞士卢塞恩市老城区的滨江。建筑规模为10500 ㎡大型的，预计将成为该地区的新地标。

The cultural drama building designed by architect ohbo is located on the riverside of the old town of Lucerne, Switzerland. The building is a large-scale structure with a size of 10,500 square meters and is expected to become a new landmark in the area.

新卢塞恩剧院坐落于罗伊斯河畔的瞩目之地，它继承并发扬了瑞士最古老的剧院传统。这座建筑不仅在功能上满足了运营需求，其外观更是与滨水环境和谐相融。

The Neue Luzerner Theater, located in a commanding position on the banks of the Reuss River, has succeeded in carrying on and further developing the oldest Swiss theater tradition. This building not only meets the functional requirements of operation, but its appearance is also in harmony with its waterfront environment.

更重要的是，这座新的剧院承载并展现了瑞士社会的核心价值观——开放包容、正直高尚以及对文化遗产的深厚敬意。

More importantly, this new theater embodies and reflects the core values of Swiss society - openness, inclusivity, integrity, and a deep respect for cultural heritage.

建筑与历史悠久的Kapellbrücke和市中心的老房子形成了直接而鲜明的视觉联系。

在形态和材料选择上，它巧妙地再现了陡峭屋顶的历史形式，展现了当代建筑对历史结构的尊重与干预。

The building forms a direct and distinctive visual connection with the historic Kapellbrücke and the old houses in the city center. In terms of form and material selection, it skillfully reproduces the historical form of the steep roof, and demonstrates the respect and clever intervention of contemporary architecture on historical structures.

在剧院的入口前方，一座全新的广场悄然诞生，部分区域被精美的覆盖物所覆盖。

这个广场不仅有效地扩大了入口区域，还将其延伸，使剧院建筑与古老的木质的Kapellbrücke相互映衬，共同展现出开放与包容的姿态。

In front of the entrance to the theater, a new plaza has quietly emerged, with some areas covered by exquisite coverings. This plaza not only effectively expands the entrance area, but also extends, allowing the theater building to complement the ancient wooden Kapellbrücke and jointly present an open and inclusive gesture.

锥形体量却发挥了重要的作用，有效减少了对周围环境的负面影响。

这使得我们能够尽可能多地保留卢塞恩历史全景的视野，并进一步优化了周围房屋的生活空间的照明条件。

The conical volume plays an important role in effectively reducing the negative impact on the surrounding environment. This allows us to retain as much of the panoramic view of Lucerne's history as possible and further optimizes the lighting conditions of the living spaces of the surrounding houses.
