目标 Aim

设计的目标是对Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31的地区总部进行重建，包括： – 保留银行总部应有的制度性和永恒感 – 保留封闭建筑中的宽敞空间和室外环境 – 创造一个高效合作的工作环境，与景观和自然光形成对话，解决原有建筑所遇到的问题

The aim of the project is the restructuration of the regional headquarters of Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 by: – Restoring the institutional and timeless character that the regional headquarters of a bank should convey to the town; – Restoring spatial generosity and external spaces within a building that is turned in on itself; – Providing a high-performance and collaborative work environment in dialogue with the landscape and natural light in order to resolve the problems encountered in the existing building.

城市基地 Urban site

项目位于旧城保护区和正在开发的Marengo火车站街区之间，其所面临的问题之一是公共空间，对与建筑所处的Jeanne d’Arc广场来说，这一点尤为重要。建筑师将高密度城市带来的限制视作潜在机遇，重新思考银行总部在当下城市中应该是什么样子。

Located between the protected area of the old town and the developing neighbourhood around Marengo railway station, the project calls into question the nature of public spaces, in particularly that of Place Jeanne d’Arc, where the building is situated. We saw the constraints of this extremely dense urban site as a potential, making it possible for us to rethink the image of the bank headquarters within today’s city.

“地标”建筑 A ‘landmark’ building

原建筑呈水平向，看上去十分厚重，在城市中是一个异质的存在。建筑师对其进行了彻底的反思，创造出了一套轻盈、垂直而同质的语言，将银行总部变成了一栋富有当代感的地标建筑。为了达到这个目标，幕墙是决定性因素。它为建筑提供了参照网格，清晰多变，随着城市环境的变化不断发展，时建筑与街区融为一体。

The solid, horizontal, heterogenous look of the existing building has been entirely rethought in order to work up a lightweight, vertical and homogenous reading, forming a contemporary and clearly recognisable image for the bank’s headquarters, a ‘landmark’ building. To achieve this, the choice of a curtain wall is decisive. It provides the building with a grid, makes it visible, changing and evolving, reflecting the moving urban context and enabling the building’s decisive integration into the neighbourhood.

空间与办公 Spaces and work

在内部功能上，项目根据任务书的要求做出了以下改动，重塑老旧的办公空间： – 改造的第一步包括移动交通核，尽可能解放外立面，让自然光充满工作空间，并与整体流线相一致。 – 在建筑中部设置中央庭院。这种做法延续了图卢兹在城市区块或建筑中央设置庭院的传统，该形式在周边街区也可以看到。新的庭院空间与交通核相邻，提供通向所有楼层的入口，保证了每个工作空间的自然采光。 – 建筑中的所有流线汇聚在一层，这里是一个人人都会使用的社交合作空间，人们在这里会面、讨论问题。空间中还设置了展现Crédit Agricole的发展和多样性的陈列台。 – 在办公楼层中，相似的空间围绕交通核排布，或设置在角落中。除此之外，小型小组活动区点缀在开放平面上。

In terms of internal functionality, the project is built up around several intentions that illustrate the commitment to restructuring an obsolete workspace: – The first step consists of moving the circulation core in order to free up the facades as much as possible, opening up workspaces to direct natural light and giving coherence to the overall circulation; – The creation of a central courtyard is in the continuation of the Toulousian tradition of courtyards at the centre of urban blocks or buildings, as found in the surrounding neighbourhood. This new void abuts the circulation core that provides access to all the floors. It ensures plentiful natural light for the work spaces; – On the ground floor, where all the building’s circulation meets, a space for socialising and collaborative work is used by everyone, a place for meeting and discussion, a display case for Crédit Agricole’s diversity and development, ‘the village square’; – On the office floors, similar kinds of spaces are arranged around the circulation core and in the corners. As well as these, small group workspaces punctuate the open-plan floors.

结构翻新 Structural renovation

设计通过复杂而专业的工作对建筑原有结构进行了加固，使其满足现在的标准，并且令空间变得更加规整，以实现项目的不同需求。服务设备安装在地板中，最大化楼层高度，使通高的玻璃立面成为可能。外表皮包裹整栋建筑，其中包含三个相互关联的元素：内部保温层，电动遮阳百叶和单层防护玻璃幕墙。

Complex and specialised work was carried out on the existing structure in order to reinforce it, to bring it up to today’s standards and transform it into a more generic structure to allow for the achievement of the projects aspirations. The services were incorporated into the floor build-up in order to maximise ceiling heights and create a full-height glazed facade. The external facade, which envelops the entire building, is composed of three associated elements: an internal insulating facade, motorised blinds for solar screening, and a protective single-glazed facade.
