原址重建

我们更需要去捕捉、保留一些灵魂和过往。

在用钢筋、混凝土、大理石等构造出的现实、理想、激情里，重新搭建出空间与功能的关系。

于创造中，发掘由内向外的生命及力量。

那些从 CAD 中游离出来的线段或弧，从视线中逐渐落地、平移、向上，形成一种起伏而连续的当代设计语言。

In-situ reconstruction

We need to capture some of the soul and the past.

Its made of reinforced concrete, marble, etc.

Realistic ideal passion.

Re-establish the relationship between space and function.

Discover life and power from the inside out in creation.

Those line segments or arcs that have escaped from CAD.

Gradually land and pan up from the line of sight.

Form a fluctuating and continuous contemporary design language.

春暖花开 蓬勃的生命力

传递着人与人 人与自然的关系

模糊了界限 亲近了关系 不露痕迹

Spring bloom vigorous vitality

Blurring the lines and making

the relationship invisible

时间在创作与破坏中涅槃。

相伴十余年的泥人儿，依旧笑口常开。

局部微露出十九世纪五六十年代的斑驳。

将能量全部释放在新旧交替的光影里。

Time is nirvana in creation and destruction. Accompanied by more than ten years of mud, people are still smiling. There’s a little bit of mottling from the 1850s and 1860s. It releases all of its energy into the alternating light and shadow.

功能布局的创造力和先锋性不容忽视。在现代的基础上，赋予空间新的定义。一定要和人、时间、记忆有对话。私人聚会、商务洽谈、头脑风暴，情景模式无边际切换。给予一楼会议空间最大的自由度。

整个项目中，我们特别注重向上的力量。不断向上，不断抵抗重力。不断对抗，如同神祗。于破坏中重建，看到生的希望。

创作能帮我们梳理繁复之事，给我们思考的空间。通过一扇窗，或者是一个奇境的入口，拿捏线条、光影、留白、特写、背景、对象、构图及质感，直至画面形成独立的叙事载体。

Creativity helps us sort through the complicated stuff. Give us space to think. Through a window or the entrance to a wonderland. Line light and shadow blank close-up background. Object composition and texture. Until the picture forms an independent narrative carrier.

Working without boundaries makes the space more interesting and flexible. Different layers of texture bring our eyes into focus. Bare steel and concrete smile. It exists in this ordinary building in an extraordinary way. Always pure and fresh.

是意外 是惊喜 亦是一路走来的痕迹

Open the skylight and bring back the sky right next to you. The sunlight fell closer and closer on the picture. The primordial prism separates past from present. Large glass leads light into the line. The drawing and reading movement gives more function. An accident, a surprise and a trail along the way.
