贝尔维尔社会保障住宅，巴黎 / Atelier du Pont

贝尔维尔主要由两个系统交织而成：其一是狭窄而繁忙的道路，两旁分布着典型的、沿着山坡层叠而下的“faubourg”近郊风格公寓楼；其二则是位于城市中心的空间，这里往往狭窄且充斥着植物，周围环绕着具有本土风格的建筑。

Belleville is composed of two intersecting systems: on the one hand narrow busy roads lined with typical “faubourg”-style apartment buildings cascading down the hill; and on the other the spaces at the centres of the city blocks, which are very narrow, often planted, and lined with vernacular buildings running perpendicular to the slope.

基于这一双重性的特征，设计团队重新审视了“faubourg”的住房类型，并在Belleville大街上进行了一场“密度游戏”。该项目并未打破既有的肌理，而是为这座典型的巴黎住宅社区赋予了简洁而具有当代特征的新面貌。

We wanted to restore this double-sided character on the Rue de Belleville with a design that plays the density game through a revisiting of the traditional faubourg housing type. The project does not constitute a break with the existing fabric, instead proposing a contemporary updating of the classic, simple morphology of this Parisian neighbourhood.

住宅区的中心是一条绿色的小巷，与既有的城市肌理形成了和谐的关系，并为场地赋予深度。盒子状的阳台从立面上伸展出来，带来宽敞的户外空间，使居住者能够一览巴黎的美景。新的建筑将很快与都市丛林融为一体，得益于建筑师对空间密度的把控，居住者将远离不健康的环境，获得舒适惬意的居住空间。

The heart of the block is a green alley that harmonizes with the existing fabric and reveals the depth of the plot. Box-balconies stretch from the facade to offer generous outdoor spaces and wide and unobstructed views of Paris. A new building that will easily infiltrate the urban jungle while claiming a significant change: exit insalubrity, the density is here mastered and happy.
