Visual simplicity and clarity was the goal for the full renovation of this single residential unit within a San Francisco high-rise tower.

设计师在经过谨慎考量后为公寓引入了极简式的厨房以及主浴室“核心”，使剩余的空间能够保持开放和通畅。客厅宽阔的玻璃窗向旧金山湾和恶魔岛敞开，带来壮观的视野。窗户两侧是通高的落地橱柜，地面则铺设以意大利瓷砖。

Careful consideration was given to the placement of a minimal kitchen and the master bathroom “core,” leaving the remainder of the unit open and encumbered. The expansive glass panes open the living space to The Bay and Alcatraz. The view is bracketed by floor-to-ceiling cabinetry on either side and an Italian porcelain tile flooring.

为了实现良好的声学和视觉体验，室内的细部也经过了细致而复杂的处理。最终，这一精心调试过的空间在繁华的城市上空形成一处令人倍感放松的存在。

The need for acoustic isolation balanced with AV technical constraints brought a layer of sophistication to the details. In the end, this finely-tuned space provided a much needed relief to the client from the bustling city below.
