空间⾊彩 | Colours

⻩、蓝、红三⾊是色彩美学中最基本美学⾊彩概念，代表了43F、44F、45F的空间色彩线索。所有的不同质感的物料按照这个线索来搭配空间设计。

The three colours of yellow, blue, and red are the most fundamental elements in colour aesthetics. They each represent the spatial colour scheme of 43rd, 44th, and 45th floors. Based on the colour schemes, materials of different textures are used to match spatial design.

⻩色代表的温度和接纳给予到访集团办公室首层的访客一种温暖的态度；蓝⾊是迈科集团的企业⾊，集团的企业展厅亦在此楼层，⽤蓝⾊色彩达到企业思想的统⼀性；红⾊，是业主最喜欢的⾊彩，也代表着迈科集团事业发展过去与未来的辉煌。

Yellow represents warmth and acceptance, which kindly welcomes visitors to the first level of the office. Blue is Maike Group’s corporate colour. Maike’s exhibition gallery is also on this floor. The use of blue is coherent with Maike’s corporate ideals. Red is the customer’s favourite colour, which also represents the glory of Maike’s development from the past into the future.

空间表现 | Spatial representation

设计表现运⽤了大量的折线、三⻆形、线型等几何形状，通过部分圆⻆处理继续呼应迈科中⼼建筑设计特征，主要表现在每层室内功能布局⽅式、材料轮廓形状及肌理形状、装饰灯具形状及光氛围、家具布置形式及面料质感等⽅面。延承迈科中⼼建筑及室内公共空间设计表达，将迈科集团办公公共空间装置设计与建筑中丝绸之路空中纽带构架设计语言联系在⼀起。

The design echoes the architectural characteristics of Maike Center, through the extensive use of geometrical elements including angled line segments, triangles, and straight lines, as well as the use of round corners. Such design representation is mainly expressed in the spatial layouts of room functions on each floor, the outlines of various materials and fabrics, the shapes of decorating lamps and the ambience of lighting, the positioning of furniture and its texture.Inheriting the architectural design and the design of interior public space of the Maike Center building, we relate the design of the installation in the public space of Maike Group’s office with the design language expressed in the “Silk Road” bridging structure in the building.

⽔景装置 | Water feature

办公接待⼤堂窗外是峰峦叠嶂的远⼭—秦岭⼭脉，室内的装置以山体等⾼线的设计概念，把远⼭引⼊室内，搭配层层跌⽔、⽯⼦铺底及戏游锦鲤，再运用有生命的花艺设计和⽉景来体现⼭水意境和⾃然关怀带给办公空间趣味。

The reception lobby looks out through the window into the mountainous ranges of Qinling. The installation in the lobby brings the faraway mountains into the inner space by using contour lines as design concept. The addition of water falls, pebbles and playing fishes, as well as lively arrangements of flowers and plants and a scenery of moon, creates an artistic and natural mini-landscape, which yields an interesting environment for the office space.

接待台及主背景墙 | Reception desk and background wall

接待台设计将⼒学美感、视觉张⼒及照明结合在⼀起，作为功能部分融⼊公共空间，条栅背景上点缀的竖向⽔晶制条棒，像⾬线滴下，延续落⼊⽔景装置中，将接待台背景空间与装置艺术结合在⼀起。

The design of the reception desk combines mechanical aesthetics, visual tension, and lighting, which integrates into the public space as a functional component. The crystal bar rods on the vertically-gridded background wall imitate streaks of rain which fall into the water feature, joining the reception background with the installation.

楼梯 | Stairs

楼梯作为垂直交通功能，是连接上下楼层的重要部分。将玻璃覆盖楼梯两侧保障安全性的同时也可以将⽩色钢板和⽊踏面的精致和谐之美传递到公共空间中，将自然绿⾊植物设计在每层楼梯的转折平台空间，带给⼈们的⾃惬意轻松的内⼼感受。

Vertical flows through the stairs make it the key component that connects the upper and lower levels. Transparent glasses on the sides not only ensures safety but also allows the delicate and harmonious beauty of the white steel plates and wooden steps to infiltrate into the public space. The natural green plants at every stairway platforms helps create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

办公空间功能体现 | Functions in the office space

通过办公休闲家具的运用，结合照明设计将功能化办公⽅式、开放式洽谈沟通及茶歇休闲空间联系起来，达到企业员⼯真正需要的办公空间。

The use of casual office furniture and appropriate lighting design integrate together the real needs of employees for a functionalised space, open spaces for negotiations and discussions, and recreational space for tea breaks.
