杭州康恩贝生物科技产业发展基地坐落于钱塘江之畔的产业基地，拥有得天独厚的自然景观。建筑采用大高度，能使楼内的工作人员同时欣赏到基地内外的美景。总体环境拥有场地绿化、空中花园、屋顶绿化，从而营造出立体空间的丰富变化。

Hangzhou CONBA Research&Develpment Centre located on the Bank of the Qian Tang River, the industrial base is blessed with natural scenery. The building adopts a large height to enable the staff inside the building to enjoy the beautiful scenery inside and outside the base. The overall environment includes site greening, air gardens and roof greening, thus creating rich changes in three-dimensional space.

杭州康恩贝生物科技产业发展基地位于杭州市滨康路 568 号。地块西临信诚路，南侧为滨康路，东侧为南北支路。

Hangzhou CONBA Research&Develpment Centre is located at 568 BINKANG Rd, Hangzhou. The west side of the block is Xincheng Road, the south side is BINKANG Road, and the east side is the North South Branch Road.

本项目使用轻钢网架和透明玻璃形成母体作为门厅、中庭的屋面天幕及入口雨棚，在呼应六边形的建筑元素的同时为室内提供了通透、敞亮、高大并极富现代感的空间。

This project uses light steel mesh and transparent glass to form the matrix as the roof of the hall, the atrium, the roof of the roof and the entrance shed. It provides a transparent, bright, tall and modern space for the interior of the hexagon.
