The philosopher will find the truth of the world in a scientific dimension. In the eyes of the designer, space is a poetic philosophy, so that build a kind of sense beyond the emotional resonance between the space and the people. With a 138 degree rhinoceros made a modern version of the South River Town Park.

景观设计 | Landscape Design

苏南万科公园大道项目坐落于江南水乡苏州，由纵横的城市绿廊与东北水道将场地分成6个独立地块，示范区位于东西中央绿廊的西段和中段。

景观规划设计通过创意思维去营造场地特殊魅力，公园大道具有科技与时尚感并存的雕塑互动装置，多种多样的儿童娱乐设施，自然绿色的草坡等。室内设计以138度公园为销售中心主题，打破室内外空间的界面，颠覆了传统空间的认知方式。

Sunan Vanke Park Avenue project is located in Suzhou, the land divided into six independent plots by the vertical and horizontal city green corridor and the east and north waterways, demonstration area is located in the east and the medium of the green corridor.

Landscape planning and design through creative thinking to create a special and charm space, Park Avenue has a technology and fashion interactive sculpture device, A wide variety of children’s entertainment facilities, Natural grass slope and so on.

Interior design use 138-degree park as theme of sales center, Break the interface of indoor and outdoor space, subversion the traditional way to copgnitive.

国际化景观设计理念

International Landscpae Design Concept

在项目启动之初，设计团队借鉴了国外开放公园空间设计思想，在规划前期就提出“景观先行”的先进理念，将原本分割地块的市政规划道路定义为重要的开放公园空间，引导土地规划的有序发展。

对美国纽约地标空中花园走廊-高线公园仔细研究后，我们希望在这次的设计中遵从土地-景观的统一与和谐。在规划初期保留林带，形成东西向公园绿廊，通过文化与生态的设计创新理念，在尊重场地特点的同时，又营造时尚艺术生态的公园体验，从而改变人们对户外公园生活方式的认知，带来一种全新的城市会客厅体验。

At the beginning of the project, design team drawing on foreign design ideas about the open park, at the beginning of planning to put forward the “landscape first” advanced concept, defined the Municipal planning road as an important open park space, Guide the land planning developed orderly.

After careful study with the United States New York landmark— air garden corridor – high line park, We hope that in this design to comply with the land – the unity and the harmony of landscape.

In the early stages of planning, we reserved forest belt, Forming the green corridor in park, Through the innovative ideas in cultural and ecological, Respect the characteristics of the site at the same time, And create a fashionable art ecology park experience, Thus changing people’s awareness of the outdoor park lifestyle, Bringing a new city living room experience.

公园大道设计时我们创新打造一个互动水帘装置，巧妙的将雕塑和水帘互动装置结合在一起，人们可通过手机扫码，与水景发生互动关系。场地中科技与时尚感并存的互动雕塑水景及观演剧场都成为了热门IP，吸引大量的人流参与其中，互动水景雕塑已经成为示爱之门，水景观演剧场也衍生为示爱剧场。

On the Park Avenue, we created an interactive water curtain device. Cleverly combining sculpture and interactive devices, people can scan the code via mobile phone to interact with the water. Technological and fashion interactive waterscape sculpture and the theater have become a popular IP, attracting a large number of people involved. Interactive water features sculpture has become the door of love, and the waterscape theater is also a love showcase theater.

景观亮点一：“水的织锦”——编织场地

在项目中我们提出“水的织锦”设计概念，提取江南安静水面波光粼粼黑白变化的自然韵律肌理，将它以菱形织锦的方式编织出基本的场地。它是大量铺装、花池坐凳、起伏地形的母题，赋予场地完整的意义。统一的现代语言不仅体现了当地的文化特色，也确保在功能需求多样化的场地中，使空间变得有序而不混乱。在为公园打造一个主题IP的同时，也为城市开放微型公园的设计提供了一种思路。

In this project, we came up with a concept that we called "Water brocade". We designed the extraction of South River Towns’ quiet water waves to reflect the sunlight and produce black and white changes in the natural rhythm texture. We expressed this concept by using a diamond-shaped brocade pattern to weave the basic site, including the pavement, flower sitting pool, and undulating terrain. By giving the site meaning and using a unified language, we not only embodied the local cultural characteristics but also ensured that the space meets a variety of functional needs. This approach made the space orderly and not chaotic. Additionally, it helped to build a theme IP for the park and provided a way of thinking for the city to open the construction of micro-parks.

景观亮点二：“水的织锦”——水乡意境系列雕塑

设计师采用雕塑来诉说水乡印象的手法，在500米的东西轴，布置了三个重要的雕塑。在强化空间序列同时，它们也承载了这里的文化以及艺术的诉求。设计从江南的水与织锦得到灵感，抽象出江南人居的意境，呼应整体的设计语言，赋予主题意义。采用了“江南水乡的门、桥、亭”作为心灵故乡最直接的表述。门的艺术形式来自于江南门斗的剪影，抽象的折线语言形成艺术之门，并具有一定的动感，契合公园的氛围。设计理念直击内心，同时又能和场地元素统一，形成了巧妙的整体性艺术感染力。

Designers use different forms of sculpture to tell the story of the water, 500 meters long shaft, arranged three important sculptures. Designers get inspiration from the south River Town and brocade, abstract the south River Town’s Habitat mood, echo the overall design language, giving the theme meaning.

Sculpture “door”, located on the west side of the park, the art form comes from the silhouette of the South River Town’s gate, abstracts poly line language，and has a certain dynamic sense, fits the atmosphere of the park. Design concept hit the core and set the unity elements with the park, formed a overall artistic appeal.

桥位于中段公园西侧入口广场中央的互动水席之上，艺术之桥的剪影，雕塑设计融合了数控水景，将围绕雕塑的水的互动性与科技性发挥到极致。

Sculpture "bridge", is located in the middle of the park, abstracts the inspiration from the South River Town’s water, artistic silhouette of the bridge. In addition to the interacted water seats under the "bridge", the sculpture also incorporates the CNC water features, making the interaction and technology to the extreme.

景观亮点三：童年娱乐22件事展现 Third Landscape highlights：22 cases of childhood entertainment

在多样化的儿童娱乐设施设计时，我们围绕22件事的主题活动展开，将其巧妙的融合进了娱乐设施里，创造出了更符合童趣和益智功能的儿童游戏区。

从树屋到攀爬网，从草坡到观星台，让儿童从小培养冒险寻踪探索的体验，为户外丰盛的童年体验创造条件。

In the design of a variety of children’s entertainment facilities, we started around 22 events, integrating them into the entertainment facilities, to create a more consistent with the childlike and educational functions of children’s play area.

From the tree house to the climbing net, from the grass slope to the viewing platform, to cultivate the children’s adventure and explore spirits, to create the conditions to enrich the outdoor experience for childhood.

景观亮点四：细节的延续 Fourth Landscape highlights：Continuation of the details

“水的织锦”在设计上贯彻始终，从场地的铺装，到矩阵树列，再到建筑立面；由形体向表皮与肌理传递；从点，到线，延伸至面；完成”织锦”语言由二维空间向三维空间无限延续。

"Water brocade" is consistently incorporated into the design, starting from the pavement, extending to the matrix tree, and finally to the building facade. It is transferred from the body to the skin and texture, and from the point to the line, even to the surface. This complete language of "water brocade" seamlessly transitions from two-dimensional space to three-dimensional space, creating an infinite continuation.

室内设计 | Interior Design

设计的一切由“水”而来，阐述一个“现代气质的江南”。138度菱形象限网覆盖售楼中心原始平面，在平面维度上组合生长，界定出一层二层功能区域。菱形通过一次次组合，以连接，拔高，折叠，翻转，扭拧等方式生长着，就像有机生命体成长道路上的各种挫折际遇。设计团队把这些都纳入参数化的计算，以科学的工作方法让“138度的公园”自发成长。

Everything of the design is borned from “water”, describing a “modern temperament of the South River Town. The 138 degrees rhombus cover the original sales center master plan, growing on a planner dimension, which defines the functional areas in the first and second floors. The rhombus grow in different ways, combination, connection, pull, fold, flip, twist, etc, just like the organic life meet the various setbacks on the path. Designers took the conditions into parametric calculation, letting the “138 degrees of the park” spontaneously grow.

“生长”让“公园”耳目一新 “Growth” make the “Park” fresh and new

设计师利用xyz轴的三维象限原理，由物理轴线把各种具备功能用途的菱形组合“生长物”的高度界定在四米和八米数值里。经过第一次组合过的菱形集合体–在XYZ轴上再次拔高，翻转，拧扭–长出千姿百态的“生长物”，它们是酒水吧，前台，模型展示台，洽谈区，景观池，花卉售卖亭，儿童游乐场，楼梯，空中浮廊。 菱形在立面顶面上折叠翻转 – 生长出植物墙，隔断墙，背景墙，悬浮天花。

The designer uses the quadrant principle of the xyz axis, the height of the rhombic combination “growth” with all functional uses is defined by the physical axis form four to eight meters. After the first time through a combination of rhombus collection— Again higher and higher in the XYZ axis, Flip, twist— Grow in a variety of ways “Growing”，they are wine bars, front desk, model showcase, negotiation area, landscape pool, flower shop, children play area, stairs, air corridor.

The rhombic is folded on the top of the façade — grow the plant wall, partition wall, background wall, suspended ceilings.

“漂浮”给“公园”勃勃生机。“Floating” give the “park” vitality.

设计师打破了常规，在动线的规划上，利用空中走廊，把位于二层两侧的2个样板房展厅贯穿起来。漂浮在四米高空的“公园大道”其实是一条空中走廊，售楼处左右两侧各有一个上下楼梯，设计师在二层的长廊中部，又安置了一个贯穿一楼吧台的旋转楼梯和一个连接底部儿童游乐区的滑梯入口。

The designer broke the routine. In the planning of moving lines, use the air corridor to connect the two model room exhibition halls on the two sides. "Park Avenue" floating in the four meters high is actually an air corridor. There are two staircases on both sides of the sales office. In the middle of the second floor corridor, place a rotating staircase across the first floor bar and a slide entrance to the bottom of the children’s play area.

悬浮的异形长廊，布满生长物的屋顶，凸凹凛异的菱形折叠物，临水倚竹的休息椅、独立一隅的花卉售卖亭.....带来的是独特的空间感受，似曾相识又迥异陌生。

最吸引眼球的是一个充满哲学意味的艺术装置。千万片白色菱形亚克力如诗歌一般错落悬挂在空中，6位工人耗费3天3夜安置它们。设计师再借用影像把风声、雨声，叶子在风中的婆娑声投射在这万千的碎片上，万千的图像就向我们万千的世界…….

The most eye-catching — A philosophical art device: millions of white rhombus-shaped Acrylic–Poetry generally scattered hanging in the air, 6 workers spend 3 days and 3 nights to place them. The designer then borrows the image to project the wind, the rain, and the leaves in the wind, Thousands of images like our worlds…

材质

“生长物”的皮肤：设计师选择了机理明晰的胡桃木饰面，让陌生的空间具备酒店大堂类似的稳重典雅的气质，所有的木纹顺延着生发的长势，蔓延在空间里。

"Growing": The designer chose a clear texture of walnut — Let the strange space with the temperament that steady and elegant similar to hotel lobby, all the grain along the growth, spread in space.
